Whats the current status of Partycasino (group)

Been a member since back in the days i played poker maybe 2006-2007.

They recently redesigned their site and offer one of the largest game portfolios around. Personally I wouldn't play there again because of their slow withdrawals in the past.

Their support is pathetic. I am in the process of writing a new review, and I spent over a half an hour in an excruciating chat session.

I was not logged in - didn't have an account, and could not locate their withdrawal limits for their casino. So I went to live chat. First question asked of me: what is your account name?

That is one of my pet peeves, you should not have to submit your account name to get support. So I politely stated that I wasn't signing up before I knew what their withdrawal limits were. I suspect that they limit withdrawals on progressive jackpots.

The chat person would take on average 5 minutes to answer each question. For instance, what are your withdrawal limits? A: They vary depending on deposit method. Q: What are they for Neteller. A: They vary blah blah blah. Once I got to whether or not they had withdrawal limits for progressive jackpots, the person refused to answer unless I opened an account. That was over 30 minutes of my life wasted.

I just recently started trying out playing casinos with bonuses since i clearly win more (just luck?) with them, having to talk to so many livechats i just wonder the IQ level of some, but yeah, Partycasino never been fast but i hope they pay they have a veryy good game selection for casinogames.
