lets see where to start first off i think their min deposit is 50 yet i still made a few deposits. Other issue i had was few times hit a great line for the casino to shut down and its lost. Well lets see here is the up side they gave me a 5 dollar free chip. So off i go got it down to less then dollar hit 15 then down again making a long story short I hit well over 200 mark. So thinking hmmm free chip wonder what cash out will be like sent off docs way back think in jan never withdrew a penny. So last nite cashed out 150 im in such shock i have 150 sitting in my moneybookers account this am. Well done partycasino even though deposits are 50 at least i know you pay and i will keep you on my to play list.

Now i played a game i hit 5 matching across board i get game malfunction and it shuts down i go into game logs and gee that spin isnt even there to view.
This happens over and over with them do you know at all why this is.

I had similar. The reels kept spinning during my free spin features. Not always but sometimes.

The great thing about party is their freebies. I seem to get quite a lot of free chips. They come in quite handy. I always blow the casino chips away without hitting but sometimes I land a good one with the poker freebies by playing tournies.

I like party but it does seem to lag slightly on my PC

But my issue now is if i do deposit its the closing of the games i dont like again i had hit a nice line and boom disconnected and log shows i didnt even play in that game yet they took my money for the spin. That is a very serious bug and no way would I play at a Casino that has faulty software that rips the customer off.
How long do you think a bug would last that cost the Casino money?
I reckon it is just a bug and nothing more sinister but why play at a place where you can't be sure if a winline will be awarded?

Thks rusty and yes i have forward a email off and yes i did win on this free chip.
But your right this has happened before with deposits and yet you do see jackpot winners now and then when their popup box shows. But if you cant cash in on a spin that is sweet then why bother depositing. I just went into my old files on casinos not to play and casinos to watch out for and found the dates and so on that this happened to me on nice win lines the game and so on and what i could rmbr of the spin before i got shut down. So soon as i hear back i will post this here and lets hope they do fix this as i did enjoy this site and was happy with the no hassel payback so fast.

However, generally speaking on any software, the win is pre-determined before the spin takes place so the s/ware should know exactly what you've won, because you've won it before the animation starts.

I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Regarding your issues with the software Laura, we suggest you delete your temporally Internet files, cookies and do a disk cleanup and you should not experience this issue.
1. Delete temporally Internet files & cookies
First open up your browser (Internet explorer or similar). Once you are in you browser choose 'Tools' -> 'Internet Options'. On the first page shown you find a button saying 'delete files'. Click on this and then on ok and you will delete the temporarily Internet files. Here is also where you delete your cookies. Click on this as well and then on ok
2. Do a disk clean-up
This you do by following: Click on 'Start' on your computer -> Choose 'All Programs' -> Choose 'Accessories' -> Choose 'System Tools' -> Click on 'disk clean-up'. A new window will come up, make sure every box available is ticked and then click on ok.

Now i did respond back saying i always and i do when i leave a casino i do a major clean up before i do anything else. I also told them it seems im not the only player with this issue so it couldnt just be my computer if they could plse check into this one more time.

That's just a standard response, they have NOT investigated this issue, they have dismissed it as a fault with the player's PC.

If the stake has been taken, yet the spin not played, there is clearly something SERIOUS going on, as I would not think anything on the player's PC would cause a bug like this (stake taken - so spin most definitely paid for and played out on server). The fact this always seems to happen to a big win looks like "blocking" software, ie CHEATING, where the win has been randomly generated, but blocked by a payout stabiliser because the game has not taken in enough to make the payment - this causes the game to close because the block has not been coded properly - players are not supposed to notice it!!!

Party casino are welcome to come up with a better explanation of this if they want to bother to investigate the bug rather than give the brush-off response of "cookies, temporary files, etc....." to complaining players.

I have all these lil sheets of paper i keep when i start to notice this more then a few times. I have 9 2 dollar bets that went to hit something sweet that the machine died and log states i wasnt playing game yet took the money. I have 7 1 dollar bets. Even on lower ones for the 45 cent ones there are 6. Never happened on any game that there was a low win to it. As you all know im a low roller i only up a set of bets if im up more then 5 times a deposit and will play half down trying to hit something else. But that last one really upset me i had 4 of the jackpots lined up middle line on a 9 game as the 5th went to land with jackpot symbol i was gone. Logged back in and as i said didnt even showed i played the game.

Those responses i got was from riverbell i even landed with live chat for hours going over with me as i tried to redownload and get back in. They finally did get back to me stating yes there is a minor flaw for a handful of players using but for them to reformat the use of the site for few players wasnt worth it more or less. They said for them to do this could prob create a whole new set of issues just for a few new members to download or gain access to play.

I don't know either this also happens in real modus, but in FUN Play the casino crashed always down, when i hit a big win, or sometimes a bonus round and than it's certainly away!

Software Shutting Down

I have been a loyal long time player with Party Casino and have had the same issues with the software completely shutting down during a spin and always during a win sequence, i have been trying to sort it out with them for around 6 months. I have used the PAB service and think it is being dealt with.

Im still having the same problem but not as often as i used to have it. Party casino walked me through a set up program on my computer and that seemed to help. Now im still seeing agood win and then more so then not the system shuts down and when i log back in the game i was playing does not shownin my play logs. I still get the message from their support group that it is my computer and they have not been told by other players of the same complaint issues. Keep me posted.

i had similar problems, emailed support and was told to try this . and it worked,

go to/start/control panel/display/advanced/troubleshoot/on the hardware acceleration and just knock it down a notch,

Party Casino Showed Me a Lot of Class

I realy miss party Casino
Regarding software glitch I once had it kick me off during a spin and it looked like a good one prior to boot. I immediately went to email and stated I had what appeared to be a good spin go south on me. After writing note I went back to site and discovered over 1800 more dollars in account. I went back to email and there was a letter appologizing for the error and that game was booted from my computer but played out on server and paid 1800 something and said sorry for inconvience. All in 3 minutes when they could (most would) have screwed me.
That settles it...I'm moving to Canada. LOL
Plus there customer support was world class must have been a 100 of them in india support office and
Finally best yet I received a little extra cash (5 to 20.00) after losing all my money over 50 times! on a couple occasions those dollars turned into a knock on my back door from fed ex guy with check for a few humdred or more in a couple days

Thats great it recorded your spin. The few i had didnt show i was even in the game at all yet i had a few spins prior to the boot. The tech team had me adjust my computer and i have not seen this happen again mind you i have not seen a great hit since either.

I played at ITV casino and found out it is the same software as party Casino.
ITV are a big UK company so the software is probably legit.
I did get get dumped back to the desktop once or twice though.
When I went back to the game it simply reloaded the last spin so I think it is just a stupid bug rather than anything sinister.
The slots are OK but not enough choice and after a bad run I decided to close my account but CS is quick and responsive and they phone you to verify your account so there are no hidden cashout issues.
