I requested a withdrawal from Pamper in February and it still hasn't been paid out. I played through my bonus like I should and what I have in my account now is real money. It's $700.

Don't hold your breath this crowd are well known for slow, non payment bad customer service the lot. Just being honest.

Maybe im wrong but I am sorry to say I would be very surprised if you ever receive the payment.

If you search the casino in the customised google box at top right hand of page you will find many posts about the casino and none of them are good.

They have a history throughout the years of not paying and only survive as theres plenty people who sign up thinking the huge bonuses they offer sound great.

Think you will have too right of the money and learn from the experience.

If you check the accredited section here you will find trustworthy casinos where if you win you will get paid.

That sucks! I played for days to get through my bonus money.

I was ahead a few hundred dollars when I completed playing. Can I take it up with my CC to at least get back what I put in?

That's a bad idea as it puts a stain on your future gambling.
It's probably best to chalk it up to 'lesson learned' even if it is a hard pill to swallow, and stick to accredited, trustworthy casinos.

I think certain casinos they just don't even waste time on Pampers and Always cool being two of them. Casinomeister normally refuse to take up cases on these casinos as they know they aren't to be trusted and usually will not chat to MAXD or Bryan they'll only correspond to the player. It's utter bullshit but as mentioned above by Paul check out the accredited list. More importantly maybe check out the rogue pit and untrusted casino section to avoid any future disappointments.

CC Dave (credit card) not CM :)

Im sorry to say but I have heard lots of stories regarding withdrawals from Pamper and none of them ended happily

For future reference check out the accredited section here at CM

Unfortunately when embarking on their quest to f*ck players over, they chose the same name as famous brand of nappies.

Quite appropriate as their attitudes for two stages of play, despositing and withdrawing, can be expressed in simple pictures.

Ryan not much hope to get paid but it seems AskGamblers have resolved a few cases where the payments were up to 10 months overdue:

Maybe worth a shot!!! Good luck!

I'm having this clarified by NetEnt, but this looks like another case of fake games here (modified the thread title).

They offer NetEnt games - among others. I was able to sign up via a US IP, and US address. And I could access the NetEnt games. Caveat - I didn't deposit.

Nevertheless, this is absolutely a dodgy casino. The games are being served by skygamming.com which is registered in Panama and hosted via a Yandex.net server (Russia).

So here we go with whack-a-mole.

Avoid this unlicensed, poorly named, rogue casino at all costs.

I can confirm that this would be nothing new for this group of operators. I spoke directly to both Playtech and Microgaming about them at the end of last year as they were offering both providers games. Playtech were clear that the games on offer were counterfeit and Microgaming seemed to suggest that the games were genuine but that this provider should never have been able to offer them. Both game sets disappeared within days of that conversation.

TP

Soon as I sat down and read the thread title, prior to clicking it I said out loud 'Oh no, who've these arse holes screwed over now'

Used to get bombarded by e-mail offers from this lot (sister sites included, can't recall names A1 or something like that) - Any casino offering ridiculous percentage bonuses as these do/did can kiss my ass.

Unfortunately they prey on the weak and inexperienced.

Pity the 'CM Crew' couldn't pay their owners/management a visit with a few horses heads in tow!

Unfortunately, you are not being bombarded by these "crooks". You are being bombarded by asshole affiliates who don't care who they advertise for, and are in tandem with the rogues.

Yes, we tried to access the sites via IT, UK and US IPs.
In all cases we were able to see (i.e.) NetEnt games.

Considering that:

US - Restricted by NetEnt, no one should see their games
UK & IT - Only licensed casinos, respectively by UKGC and AAMS, can use NetEnt games. Otherwise, no one can physically see (neither play in demo-mode) NetEnt games.

This was our first suspicion... then, the source code speaks for itself.

NetEnt & Playtech confirmed. Games are not authorized.
Basically, these guys download in some ways the entire code of each game (html5 and/or flash), then re-upload stolen games on their own server where they can do what they want with all settings. Terrific...

This morning I also saw some slots from IGT on Always Cool. Disappeared in a couple of hours. Hosted, of course, on the same "dodgy" domain, skygamming[dot]com using yandex[dot]net DNS...

Here's the complaint report link where we initially confirmed that they were running counterfeit Playtech games -

- so that would be Aug/Sep last year. I probably should have done more to alert the team over here....

It's not you fault, TP. The fault is on our end: we should check also other websites before sending players in a dark way.
I'm asking to add your link on our blog post as additional source. Can I?

Thanks, Dave
