So I use prepaid cards. Have for years, just don't like the thought of leaving a trail, as it were.

About a month ago, I couldn't add another card to my Videoslots account. I was told they couldn't delete the cards until they were verified. As they were prepaid, I had thrown them out. 2 weeks later, I am told to print off a form , include all the cards and sign off as owner of the cards. It was ridiculous at the time, i spent a week trying to figure out how to do it. I took overtime at work to be there off hours to use the printer and scanner. I finally got it done. I sent it, it was approved. Still won't delete the cards. A week goes by, i'm writing Chat every 2 days. Someone today says, sorry you forgot 2 cards, we can't delete anything until you are fully verified. ON PREPAID F***ING CARDS. They have lost $300 in deposits from me this month and they don't seem to care.

The process for handling prepaid credit cards is asinine, annoying and painstakingly atrocious. I'm considering walking away from this casino all together. Any other casino, you ask them to delete the cards and they do. It's unnecessary and i'm sick of the back talking and out and out lies from Customer Service.:mad:
 
It's why I don't play there. I strictly use prepaid cards and it's a ridiculous headache I don't encounter anywhere else. It's been discussed often in the Videoslots thread.

I'm not sure what a PAB can do honestly but at least for reference you know to box all your prepaids if you do choose to play here and a good warning and reminder to others.
 
I would absolutely not PAB. Are they anal? YES. But, they have the best rep out there and the best casino so you just have to play by their rules. I was pissed a couple of weeks ago as I have deposited via Ecopayz probably 1000+x and I had a credit on Instadebit so used it once. Couldn't withdraw before validating my Instadebit account. Consequently, I lost back a lot of my withdrawal but I blame that on me. I know how they operate so I should have done that before.

I would definitely contact Dan as this outfit is just too good of a casino to launch a PAB against. Albeit, their customer service could certainly use an overhaul.

Yup...but that's the only annoying thing about vs.

Not as bad as having your prepaid card verified before you deposit....yup...that's at Rizk casino and it will take 24 hours before they verify....

Odd. I dep there and haven't had that problem. Perhaps because I only use prepaids and the one type I don't know.
But anyway a vs thread so I'll leave it at that.

I had this request at casino extreme. Safe to say I never deposited. I am NOT verifying my card and sending a fax back form before I play. Such a dumb request.

Would you review the "verification process" of the Sofort banking to?
Ofc i lost my whole withdraw attempt. Dont get me wrong. I dont blame you. Its my own fault. But come on ... 4 days till you finally verified my bank account while you happily take deposit after deposit? I dont get it ...
 
Apologies for being puzzled by this thread, but surely verifying bank details and cards is standard practice for casinos and their anti money laundering requirements?

I agree that verifying a card used some time in the past and for which you no longer have is a pain (I now take photos of all my cards and save them once actual card is destroyed), but surely it still needs to be verified to ensure a correct audit trail?

Again, apologies if I am missing the point here and am not taking sides, but I do not see an issue with a casino asking for proof of where the money came from and to ensure the card belongs to the player. Otherwise we could have issues of stolen cards being used to deposit money, then funds withdrawn to someone else's card with the casino being held accountable for it.
 
I agree with the cards.
But they needed 4 days to verify the sofort banking process? I dont mean the documents. They were long approved and verified.
I still dont get it what process they had to verify. Even the support couldnt answer that.
Its the first casino i run into it thats why i wondering.
 
It's not worth using pre-paid Vanilla Visas in my case. I use PaySafe and I have to pay fees on those, too. Also, I don't have to worry about buying a card that has been consumed already by a scumball hacker. Two weeks ago, I ended up buying a Vanilla Visa that had been consumed and had to ask for another.
