Resolved Oshi casino confiscated my winings

I have opened an account and deposited 4 times total of 600eur on which i have got welcome bonus. Eventually i have lost all of my money including bonus. After that i have deposited two more times 50eur without claiming any bonus and lost. The next day i deposited 50eur , claimed 20 %(10eur) which was offered to me , met bonus requierements without breaching any terms and condition. I have won 690.68eur and made a withdrawal. The next day i have received a mail saying that they confiscated my winings and they return 50eur to my oshi account. They say that i was beaching they max bet rule when i was playing with my inital first 4 deposits when i used welcome bonus, which i eventually lost. I remember that i place 10 eur bet on starburst, i dont know when( before or after making bonus reqiuerements) but if i did that mistake , i have lost all including that bonus. After losing all of my money they gave my bonus as a compensation for my lost, which i lost too. After that i made 2 deposits , and lost again, but on the last i have won 690.68eur , and decided to cash out.
How can they confiscated my winings, if i have made that mistake , it was only that time when i lost all of my money, i didnt bet over max bet rule ever again.
 
Be careful with Bonuses!

I would ask for all of my lost deposits back so you have not lost out and never return to that casino again. I have never heard of that casino, but it sounds very rogue to me.

Edit: Licenced in Curaçao and bitcoin to boot - I personally wouldn't have bothered playing there in the first place
 
I know but what should i do know , i have explained them the situation, i dont want my 750eur that i have deposited, i just want my 690.68 eur that i have won fair. Maybe i did that mistake and violated max bet rule , but i lost that money. If they do not resolve my case , should i complain to gambing commision or what?

Edit: i did complain on askgamblers, they said that te operator did a right thing
 
They are licensed in Curacao, total waste of time to submit a complaint there, they will not help you.

Your best chance is to open a complaint at AskGamblers.
 
Definitely rogue because they are interpreting the rules differently depending on whether you won or lost. If the penalty for breaking a max bet rule is the confiscation of winnings and the return of deposits, then ALL deposits need to be returned. If anything, the one deposit they DID return was from a session where no rules were broken.

If they hadn't bothered auditing the lost deposits for rule breaches before giving the cashback, then the ONLY reason to bother now despite all those previous monies having been lost is a "fishing expedition" designed to look for reasons not to pay from the past after finding no reason not to pay from the winning session.

They probably do this all the time, players only notice when they manage to find something they can use.

They can get away with it if they are licensed somewhere that doesn't give a monkeys about fairness and player protection, and there is little the player can do about it. They will simply move on to the next set of victims.
 
Then AG is just as useless. How can they say the casino did the right thing when they confiscated winnings from a totally unrelated deposit.

CM is offering one shot for each new member for a complaint against an unaccredited casino. This is called a PAB, look at the top for the Player Arbitration FAQ tab, read ALL rules and submit it. Max, the PAB manager will let you know if he accepts it.
 
I have left a comment on the oshi casino review on AskGamblers, Ask gamblers didnt say anything, oshi casino representative said that their operator did the right thing cofiscted my money.
I did complain, i am waiting for the response

Of course they did, hardly an independent review, merely parroting the management's decision.

Try to catch them out. Ask the rep there what would happen if you ever deposited again.

The correct and consistent answer would be that you can never ever win on any subsequent deposit BECAUSE of the initial violation, and the fact that they consider such a violation to mean that even a clean deposit after said violation is subject to winnings being confiscated, because that's the argument they have just used.

The rep will probably walk into this one and say that if you deposit in future, you will be fine so long as you keep within the terms for that deposit, at which point you have the "gotcha", because they would have just conceded a point that would mean they should have paid the recent win too!

That's clearly rogue. How can a prior violation cause winnings from your later €50 deposit to be void, yet they claim you can still have another go with the refunded deposit and if you win, they will pay up.

It's bullshit, you ALREADY made a clean deposit of €50, played, and won.

They are trying it on because it's highly unlikely you will win again from €50 and force them into the situation of either paying up or proving beyond doubt they are rogue. It's possible though, and they may then come up with another excuse, perhaps the one about "not taking a bonus, when there are so many on offer that it is never necessary to play without one, is itself bonus abuse".

This is a casino to be avoided as they will come up with whatever excuse they can to avoid paying a winner they "don't like".

Compensation - an admission they have done something they shouldn't have, and are now offering compensation. It would be better if they paid the due winnings, or come up with a better argument for voiding them than something that happened with a previous deposit that was busted out, and that is consistent with their current view that you can now play with confidence that you will get paid so long as you don't break the terms again on a fresh deposit.

The fact that the deposit you made that lead to the winnings had no bonus attached gives them no grounds to use bonus related terms, as these terms would not apply to a straight cash deposit.

The only way bonus terms can carry over is if you didn't completely bust out before making the new deposit, so if you can show that you had a balance of zero when making this deposit you can put them on the spot to prove otherwise over at AskGamblers. Transaction logs should be able to show this, so worth taking a look.

If you can demonstrate that they have no just cause for confiscation at AskGamblers, they may decide to fold and pay up for PR reasons, unless they really don't care about bad PR.
 
CEO & founder of oshi casino contacted me, and said that despite losing me as a customer, he will get this sorted out.

This is not a rogue casino and they will do what they can to solve any problems. Yes, even if they are licensed in Curacao and are offering Bitcoin.

hello, just to keep you updated.
Last week they have tried to cash out my money to my bank card on which i have made deposits (MAESTRO) , but my card issuer rejected that withdrawal ( same thing happened on other casino BetAt casino ), so i will need to find another withdrawal method.
Marko(operations director) from oshi casino immediately contacted me , and ask whats wrong.
I have cancelled my bank transfer , i want that money in my e wallet.
Until i wait for my neteller account to be reopen , i will kepp playing on oshi , and so far so good.

i want to thank you guys one more time, and thank Nick and Marco from oshi for personally dealing with my case, and eventually solved it.
 
Kept playing and eventually won over 2000eur with those 690eur :)
Still waiting for my neteller account to be reopen , than i will make some withdrawal, but i will definitely continue to play on oshi :thumbsup:
 
I can confirm that i have received my funds in my neteller account.
First cashout was 2500eur,and after they approved my neteller account ( i have sent them screenshots), money was in my neteller account in 4-5 hours.When i made next cashout , money was in my neteller account in 15-20min.

I just want to thank you guys for helping , i want to praise oshi staff for dealing with my case.
Play fairly, read T&C's , and your winings will be safe on oshi casino.
