Online Casinos

Well it's either Havana Club Casino which just came on board or it's the "Fake Casino" that is lingering amongst the others.

In celebration of Casinomeister's fifth anniversary, a new contest was launched, "Spot the Fake Casino". There's a banner ad floating around somewhere, you've gotta find it...

Shhh! No fair telling!

Dear Bryan,
Thank you so much for the info on Kiwi casino. I was going to give Slots.com a shot, but I read that they are licensed in Costa Rica and I looked at my notes and I saw that you said Costa Rica cannot issue gambling licenses. Your knowledge is very helpful Bryan. Much appreciation for all that you do. I must make a visit to your "wish list", a nice person like you should have all his wishes come true.

This post advises that as at 2:00am 4th July 2003 (GMT), Gainsborough Glades Services Ltd (GGS) ceased to operate 747Casino.

GGS stresses that all player deposits and payments are secure, and are not under threat in anyway. If you have money or winnings deposited with 747Casino, it is held securely by Cyber Finance Investments Limited.

Over the past month or so, a dispute arose between Aqua Distributors Limited, the company who provided GGS with the casino software, that could not be resolved. As a consequence of an inability to resolve this dispute, Gainsborough Glades Services Limited is forced to wind-up.

It is important for players to appreciate that GGS is in no way is suggesting the Aqua Distributors Limited has acted in any way that should cause players any concerns whatsoever. The services and support that has been provided by Aqua to GGS, has been of the highest order, and continues to be so for the other casinos supported by Aqua.

All questions and issues you may have should be directed to support@747casino.com, which is the Support Desk of 747Casino, operated by Aqua Online (Intl).

GGS thanks you for your patronage, apologises for the obvious inconvenience this causes, and urges you to continue to enjoy the games and promotions offered by casinos supported by Aqua and Cyber Finance Investments.

Well, at least they are saving face by doing this the honorable way; assuring the gaming public that everything is okay with their accounts. This I applaud.

If a casino says it uses "posted loss limits"

what does that mean please?

(I can't find an proper explanation using google.)

Hi, I received an email today from Carnival Casino. It offered a 200% sign up bonus, however, you were NOT allowed to play any games except slots. You are not even allowed to play video poker. I thought this was so insane, that I had to write to the Manager and ask him exactly how many players are able to meet the wagering requirements of 25X (which in itself in nuts) on a $300 bankroll. I am starting to find more and more problems pop up every day in this online industry. I am starting to wonder if it would not be such a bad idea to ban online gambling. I get sick everytime I hear of someone getting ripped off and there is someone new every day. The most aggravating part of it all, is that these site owners are untouchable. They suffer no penalties, or anything. Its the player that gets the "banana in the tailpipe" every single time.

I'm starting to think that, casino's don't actually want players to take up the bonuses.

Which IMO ( bonuses ) are a pain in the butt!

I prefer to play what I like & withdraw when I like, without restrictions.

Linda I am with you. I have posted several times that I will be glad when the owners of brick and mortal casinos comes online. All of these moms and pops sites that pops up and can't afford to payout $100 is a joke. I have been screwd plenty of times and knows it. The sad thing is like you said the owners are untouchable. I sometimes want to fly all the way to Costa Rico just to kick some of thier a$$, on a surprise attack. Doesn't matter who. Just as long as they work for that company, I am satified! Yes file complaints and get this stuff regulated.

I'm sorry to be a moaning mussy again, but I'm not impressed with Kiwi so far. The BJ software treated me badly, which happens. But when I tried to take out what remained of my deposit (less than half of it) some time after ten turns the software refused to allow it. I have since played and lost some more, and still couldn't withdraw. Their terms and conditions say no amounts greater than deposit can be withdrawn until 20x, and then there is something else about less than 10x. I have played more than 10x and am not trying to take out more than my deposit. Unless I am missing something, I should be okay to withdraw now.

I have emailed twice in a week, using two different addresses, and only received one automated 'we'll get back to you real soon' message. Now my firewall is putting me on edge by saying the Kiwi casino engine has changed since it last ran. Presumably this is because it has added games in the background while I was playing, but it's just winding me up so much the way hardly anything in this business happens as advertised that I'm even nervous about running the software now.

I, normally, just like to take the sign on bonus (if any at all). However, Carnival's signup was so ridiculous, that I had to post here.
I think there is only one person busting his butt to try to keep this industry on the up and up and that is Bryan (Jetset and Spearmaster, too). I understand your frustration murder1. Perhaps, we should all try to see if we file the complaint as indicated by fester, we can make a difference. Bryan, what do you think?

Jeez - another inept, half-witted spammer, presumably from Croatia. I've emailed Casino Solei pointing out that this cretin is not doing them any favours with this behaviour.

These guys are making mistakes - there was an drawn-out payment issue with them earlier this year and they have been supporting a casino-turned-portal called Six Gun which screwed a number of players when it closed without warning recently.

Carnival Casino is a shithole.
-changing terms retroactively
-cheating on bonus
-voiding winnings
-slow payments
-dumb customer support

This 'casino' has it all.

I've played @ CARNIVAL a total of (3) times initially with the bonus that is mentioned here.

On all three of the aforementioned occasions I cashed in sizeable withdrawals and was paid with absolutely zero delay and/or hassle.

As far as this bonus situation is concerned. I cannot understand why so many people are so hell bent and determined to get these bonuses.

I'm 56 years old and pretty much from the "old school", or so to speak. If I deposit with a Casino I'd much rather deposit my funds on a dollar for dollar basis. If I lose, I lose and I walk away. If I win, I go to the cage and cash in my winnings and then I walk away.

I've seen far too many horror stories on this and other sites as to how bonuses have turned around only to bite people in the rear.

Just remember "In the mind of the mooch, hope, burns eternal.
