With a 98% house edge an online casino can expect to see a 50-60% hold on deposits - not everyone is an advantage player, especialy slots players.

So even with a 25% to affs with 5% to 2nd tier and 10% on all deposits, the casino would still get 50-25-5-10= 10% win on all deposits - and that's working on a worst case senario for the casino.

At the other end of the scale (my guess is this will be closer to the truth) 60 - 15 - 3 - 10 = 37% of deposits as winnings to the casino.
 
I think it's been mentioned before, either you love the Slotland games or you hate them. Slotland has been around since the git go, and many of us old timers have an appreciation for their originality; they're different. Sure there is no sound, but this saves on bandwidth. I usually have the stereo cranked anyway :D

They are in the process of developing more games, but I am not privilaged to disclose any of these plans.

I've had some decent winnings and cash-ins were VERY fast. Complaints for this casino don't crop up too often, and when they do they are usually taken care of rather swiftly. They do have a support number; it's their ecash provider which is in the same building.

I've been to their offices in Prague, and they run a tight little organization. Pretty amazing for the volume of work that flows through. Being online for the past six years or so, they have a pretty big player base.

Back to your question on number of games. This is related to the licensing agreement between the operators and Microgaming. When a casino is first launched, they begin with the MG standard of 32 games, and as time progresses they add more. 32Red is up to 47 games now. Colosseum casino has been online for a substantially longer time and has now about 115 games.

By the way, 32Red is run by the Trafalgar Betting and Gaming group out of Gibraltar, it's not of the Trident group. Nevertheless, both groups are top notch.

Casino Del Rio question,

I have received several e-mails from these guys, always with a statement like this, "earn 100 comps and recieve a $25 reward." or something like it. I haven't been able to determine how to earn '100 comps' and they didn't respond to my request for more information. Do any of you folks know what this means, how many dollars played to earn one 'comp'? Thanks in advance.

I, for one, know for sure that you are not a shill for Starluck or GoingGambling. I am sorry that I have not been reading this thread, as I would have explained to the other posters that you simply enjoy playing at these two casinos, and have some nice winning streaks. Unfortunately, as odds will have it, you have your losing streaks as well. I hope you will continue to have more wins and please continue to post as you see fit. Anytime one of the posters has a nice win, it puts a smile on my face. So please continue to make me smile. :)
 
Its basically wager $1000 and you'll get the reward. $10 = 1 comp point. Go to the cashier and click on comp points and you'll see it explained there.

I agree Tim, I tried this casino and found it to be slow as well as silent. And I've yet to win anything there either. And I hate java casinos in general as they just end up hanging your system after a few hundred games anyway.

I don't think they use java. It also wouldn't be hard to add some sound effects.

I can't find the payout percentage on their site. Where do you get 98% from?
 
Slotland to the best of my knowledge does not use Java based games, they use a html interface.
 
Only problem with the Main Street Group is that in my experience payment exceeding your deposit takes 8 business days or more. On the up side you can always count on getting paid, it just takes a bit, MSG is alright in my book.

Hope you didn't think I was having a go at you, I wasn't :)

I just wanted to clarify that Slot Land is not Java based games.

While on the topic of Java, I would like to say that I agree that most Java platforms, do have the unfavourable tag of causing conflicts which lead to lock ups & crashes. However some casino's that use Java as a game platform are now turning to Flash which is a far better & stable platform.
 
From what I've heard and my limited play at Slotland, the 98% is probably correct.

However I have seen many posts by players who gamble a lot at Slot Land, and they basically say that if the games are not hitting, they close up & return a few hours later.

Again from my limited play, I have also played when I could hit a dot with a barn, so I left, returning a some 3 hours later to try my luck again. Yes the games were paying better on my return.
 
But give them credit for this, they do state that there is an 8 business day wait in their terms & conditions. So it shouldn't be a surprise, but I don't know why they need such a long wait. Seems excessive to me, but this group (with a one time exception) has always stuck by their payment schedule with my withdrawls.

As far as playtech goes, the sunnygroup including miami beach casino, mapau, casino fortune and goldgate casino are far and away the best playtechs and the only ones I would trust a large depsoit with. They will pay cashouts to neteller within 2-3 days. Also the customer service is friendly and helpful.
 
Slotland offers up a definite fair game. I especially like their spacejack which pays Blackjacks 2-1. Slotland also pays out cash ins very fast and with no hassles, which in this day and age unfortunately is the basics of a quality casino. Slotland offers a 20% deposit bonus as well on most holidays, and with a 1 time playthrough is definitely worthwhile.
 
To each his own I guess. I never got a decent payoff at Slotland. The money goes down quicker than at most other casinos I,ve ever played at. You bet 5, get back 2. Bet 10, get back 6. Always travelling in the negative direction. Know what pisses me off. You bet 5 dollars....spin the machine..and it flashes "WINNER" ... and then you see what you won... 2 dollars. Sounds to me that "LOSER" should be flahing across the screen if my math is correct.
 
The only unfortunate thing about 32red is that I played there sign up bonus and it is deposit 150$ wager a certain amount the then get a 75$ bonus. So I made my deposit, lost it quickly then asked support to see if I could still get the bonus if I made another deposit and complete the wagering...to my surprise they said no. Sorta a crappy way to set up a bonus, seeing as its difficult to wager over 2000$ with a 150$ and not bust out. Either way, although the sign up bonus is sticky Ive never heard anything but good things about them.
 
They are not answering e-mails, a recording answers the phone, and loive chat ceased working. They owe me several hundred dollars that i cashed out in May, and I am not even a winner. Any feedback will be appreciated.}}}
 
I was lucky to lose at this place, so I didn't have a cashin problem. But I believe their group Futurebet is known to steal from players.
I played at Realbet, (and eventually some other also ran by Futurebet) because Casino Meister recommended it

Kiwi is an excellent casino. They are connected to a New Zealand land based casino "Christchurch Casino", and I have rarely heard of any problems stemming from them. Any annoucement from you is good enough.
If I had a reputable website and I announced let's say, the opening of Virtual Casino, I could never be totally irresponsible if players get stiffed.

However, I do believe during the time your announcement was made Futurebet was still paying.

I have seen Proc-Cyber described somewhere in these threads as being dodgy, perhaps not in those words. But then if you read these threads for a while it looks like the whole world is crooked. Anyway, I put 50 into Games Club a few weeks back, and eventually won. I am trying to withdraw just under 150, with another 72 left on my account. But Proc-Cyber keep querying my ID. I am British, and have not travelled abroad since before the old temporary passport was abolished. I do not drive. The only ID I could fax them with a photograph on it was therefore a student card from three years ago. I have also faxed them a recent utility bill, and, worryingly, enlarged photocopies of my credit card - which they are saying are not good enough. They have enough of my details now for anybody to steal my identity, and the way they are stalling me all the time I am very nervous about them. They do not seem like reputable people.

Apart from getting them put on the credit card blacklist, can anybody give me any advice please? And don't say 'Travel more' or 'Learn to drive'. Is there any point in my complaining to Games Club, or are they, as I suspect, simply the same people? Proc-Cyber have sent me an email claiming they cater for a variety of online businesses - is this true, or are they just a front for the Gaming Club group? And where are they based?

PCS are not dodgy & you can be confident that your indentity details will be safe.

They are a large reputable Company, with offices based in South Africa ( Cape Town ) I also believe in London; not 100% sure though.

With the increase of casino fruad over the past few years, IMHO PCS sometimes goes into overkill mode & treats legit honest players, with a doughting Thomas attitude, which is unfortunate.

Personally I find it easier to scan docs & or Credit Cards, then print these out & fax them ( make sure you do not alter their appearance, EG size. )

However if you enjoy playing at Microgaming casino's most use PCS.
 
Hi Mussy, I am sorry to hear of the run around you are getting from Proc Cyber. In my opinion, they are so strict that they could make you pull your hair out. I would call them and ask for a Manager, explain all the details you have sent, and ask What else do you want??? Explain to the Manager that they have enough info on you where they could literally steal your identity and this has you quite upset. Here in the US, if you are a non-driver, you can get non-driver identification through the Motor Vehicle Department. It looks almost like a driver's license. I don't know if they have this where you are, but that might be helpful. Also, ask them if the expired passport would work. Please make sure you speak only to a Supervisor or Manager and dont let them off the phone until they explain very clearly what they want from you.
To answer your other question, yes they are the money processors for many casinos. Personally, I hate dealing with them.

To be honest, Linda7, PCS have themselves suggested I fax the old passport. But it ran out years ago, and they were insubstantial things, just a piece of card basically; not like a proper passport, just a temporary thing to get you through a holiday or two. You couldn't use it to upgrade to the proper passport, as far as I can remember, so there was no point in hanging on to it. At some stage I have torn it up and dumped it. Also, I believe in the US, as in many countries, you are expected to carry ID at pretty well all times: hence the non-driver ID. That's why I mentioned I was British - we haven't brought compulsory ID in yet, although it is very likely that we will at some stage. There is no ID available just for the sake of ID, that I know of anyway.

But thanks to the reassurances you have both given I might offer to fax PCS a copy of my birth certificate. I'm waiting for a reply to an earlier (slightly irate and worried) email, and then I shall probably play that (hopefully winning) card. I don't own a scanner yet though, glodge; so as well as trusting PCS I also have to trust the printers who are faxing stuff off for me.

Again, thanks both. Ah, they've replied - asking for clearer and more enlarged copies of the credit card and delaying judgement over the ID issue. Does the birth certificate idea seem like the right play now?

They must have something to identify you as the "age of majority". Drinking is very important in your country even if online gambling is not.

There was nothing in my day (I'm 43), although I do recall a weird scheme where landlords were supposed to flash a yellow card at drinkers they thought were underage. The odd thinking was that because youngsters are football (soccer) fans they would care about receiving a yellow card. Wrong. I think nowadays there are cards that youngsters can apply for that show when they are eighteen, but they are optional as far as I know. Underage drinking has always been rife in Britain, as has overage drinking.

We're also as passionate about gambling here as people anywhere, but perhaps as most people drive they don't run into my problem. In future I might stick to casinos licensed here.

Santo: Thank you for the suggestion, santo. That's something else to consider. The student card I sent them has a photograph and a date of birth too, though; although admittedly it was out of date.

Proccyber handles the money processing for probably 90% of the microgaming casinos out there. So the good news is, once you have sufficently proven who you are to them, you won't have the same problem at any other casino you play at which uses PCS as their processor. I imagine that the railway card along with the birth certificate should satisfy them.

You may need to be kind of forceful with them though, they tend to be pretty rigid until you start getting demanding. Just keep it polite & professional, but don't relent. Tell them you want to speak to a manager from the security group.
 
I have played at english harbour, as well as other odds on casinos and have always experienced nothing but top of the line customer service. Perhaps your emails were simply an oversight as this group of casinos is very quality.
