One more " whiney 2 account stories, or why my stomach has a headache

Without totally fronting myself off, i will try to stick to the facts. I am in California, i should just say u.s. On 8/1 and 8/9 i attemted to make a small deposit at a casino i have been a member at for over a year or more and neither went through. One reason was too small of a deposit(my mistake i input 20 instead of 25 and the second was activity on my debit card had to be confirmed. No biggie I have already sent in all my paperwork(last week) So yesterday i tried to deposit 50 and im sure it said approved but it didnt show up in my account.

i thought what if it went into my old account.(i had an account but my computer was hacked, and i had to start all over again. It was reported to the FTC and i never used that first account again and i was told it would be automatically closed after 180 days of inactivity) I havent used that account since may 2014, i checked and there was no activity.

i got my debit card straightened out and i made a deposit of 25 with !00% and 15 free spins, and i actually won a little bit of money. I honestly believed the first account was closed , but definitely it hasnt been used . I really like this casino, it has over an 8 rating here at cm.
My question is do i have any chance to get these winnings or am i SOL? (around $600)
