Evening all.

After looking in from afar as a silent reader for a while, I decided to get involved in the forum/community as I have, after a long and indifferent casino career spanning the last 14 years, encountered some good nights and some bad ones like all of us have.

I have just instigated a complaint through eCogra about a remote gaming operator that are attempting to quash my fairly won bank balance and am interested in the stories/experiences that are shared amongst this forum. I am also interested in offering my advice and suggestions on how fellow users should bring complaints forward to the parties in question. Sometimes, a lot is left to be desired from the content of some of the historic complaints I have read in the archives.

I firmly believe that a professional, well scripted complaint can do more than half the legwork for you and that the organisation is more likely to take you seriously.

Not sure how to cast the literature of said complaint as I don't really wish to make it public yet, as imo it could jeopardise the validity of the complaint.
