I spent 1200euro on this site within 48 hours playing the games etc. I deposited in increments of 200 Euro 6 times. I played blackjack and won 4800euro in the end and cashed out. Very slow to reply to me and I got an email then to say they have denied my withdrawal and cancelled my winnings. It's been 2 days and they are already ignoring my mails! The reason they gave was "irregular play" . I called them and was told I can only bet up to 30% of my deposit or else all wins are null and void! Never in my life have I seen such a ridiculous rule! I never ever bet more than 30% of my deposits of 1200 .. however they are obviously calculating this as my last deposit only! It's a total joke! Obviously some sort of scam. Can anyone help me?

I wouldn't normally say this, but chargeback your deposits if you can.

Disgusting rogue outfit, wouldn't have paid you anyway as they always find an excuse.

Others have been ripped off:

I believe they may also have been involved in the fake Netent software issue, but don't quote me on that. This vomit casino is as bad as any can get.

I fell foul of this clause at another casino (Cosmik - long story, but I got shafted then they changed their rules to suit them!).

The problem is, if you are doing 40euro stakes (so only 20% of deposit) and double or split the cards in BJ, they then count your total bet as 80euro, therefore busting the 30% rule. Or if say you got a 20% bonus - 40euro - then you are probably likely only allowed 30% of this bonus amount as a bet, so around 12euro.

Do you have access to your transaction history to check games and how much you wagered?

They can't just forfeit your winnings. At the very least they should return your deposit as the bets were deemed null and void.

Yes, a shitty rule and not one you would normally expect, but if in their T&C's you will not be able to argue against them.

If you can confirm that you did not breach the rule and can back it up, see if they have an arbitration service or perhaps consider submitting a PAB here (once you have read the rules).

Good luck, but a lesson to be learnt here in reading the T&C's for each casino.

Sorry but you're doomed. I would be totally surprised if you would see a single penny of your winnings.

From their T&C's:

Placing single bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit.

Due to extensive game manipulation, this applies to all players, regardless if they have any bonus or not.

But my deposits added up to 1200 .. and I never passed 30% of that. I'd be happy to get my money back at least at this stage

Had a quick look at their site. You've made six deposits and obviously won after you've made the last deposit. Did you use some bonus at that stage?
I'm thinking maybe you have been credited the selected deposit method bonus, which is a disgusting trap but unfortunately covers the max bet rule according to t&c's.

Depending on your deposit method, I think some other members have given you a good advice. Just think it through carefully.
In the meantime, I see you're from Ireland, please do yourself a favour and stay away from these joints. We are still spoilt for choice, just look at the accredited section.

Thanks mate. I only received a welcome bonus and that's all. I met the play through long before I requested a withdrawal. It's the ignorance that's annoying me , I can't believe I've fallen for a scam site!

I am with Dunover on this one!
If they do not return your deposits use the charge back facility of your card.
This is really the last resort but criminals like this should be thought a lesson.
I think legally you would have a very strong case if everything went the way you told us but a casino like this probably wouldn't give a damn about the law anyway and ignore any outcome from a legal case.

Yes, it has nothing to do with courts, the card company must, Under Section 75, refund you for any goods/services undelivered, faulty or otherwise not as you intended when purchasing. The card company should refund you - keep on at them. The site can do sod-all about it, they are criminal scum festering away in some Central American jungle who don't abide by the rules of civilization - you should do the same, they can do nothing about it other than lose your deposits back to you.

Just an update here. My bank listened to my case and they are going to take the money back off them and put it back on my card. They're paying me back whether they like it or not

If your bank requires evidence that these sites are fraudulent, then don't hesitate to ask one of us to compile a list of posts and evidence to support you. It's not something I think Max would want to be involved in, i.e. chargebacks due to his position even allowing for the scum you're actioning them against, but there's nothing to prevent one us of like myself or Harry and many other competent posters here preparing a statement of fact if it would assist you.

That's really kind of you thanks guys, but apparently I'm insured for this sort of thing and because they took everything I won including my deposits, they were actually quite eager to pursue this. They said I need to sign a declaration, then they will simply charge back their merchant for the money taken, and if they want to pursue legal action they can. But the Irish law is clear on these things and I don't think my bank cares if they take any action.. because they won't on account of them being pathetic scum bags.
