NYspins Casino Wont let you withdraw money

Hi there everyone.

I joined NYspins.com since they were in casinomeister review and i have terrible experiance there.

I joined there few weeks ago and did not deposit untill few days ago, where i deposited quite a lot and lost it pretty much fast, then i deposited again and i won back my money around €2000,

i wanted to cashout and was met with "you cannot withdraw money" you have no withdraw option...! i then thought it was maybe some error and continued to play, i then wanted for sure to withdraw and was met with "you cant withdraw money"

There is no way to withdraw since they dont give you option, only option is deposit, under withdraw, it says no withdraw option available, see attachment.

I feel totally scammed at this moment.

Must be an error or something. I logged in to my account now and received the same message as you on the withdrawal page.
I prefer Voodoodreams because they have more deposit/withdrawal options.
 
NYspins should be banned from this site, if CM did not have them in their site i won't be in this situation from the beginning.

And no one have even helped me even and leave me with terrible taste of online gambling.
 
This goes back to my post few days ago. A site gets accredited and no one checks if it has a withdraw button? How does that happen and even worse still not be solved.

It seems that you really have a bee in your bonnet about the Accredited Casinos, their standards, how they are rated, and which casinos start with the BBF, etc.

This is not an accredited casino - never has been, nor has its sister sites or any other casino connected to it. If you had actually read the review, you would have understood this.

The OP mentioned that he signed up because of the review here: NySpins Review - the onus is on him to read and understand the review. It clearly states "
NYspins - In the Grey Zone". Now I don't really know how to make that clearer. Do you have a suggestion? Bigger fonts??

We attempt to review all casinos so that they appear in the C2O database - something that you ought to be using - or at least contributing to.

We have several categories for the reviewed casinos: Accredited, Grey Zone, BBF, Rogue/Not recommended. The category is made crystal clear at the head of the review.

Sure - this one states that they have an active rep - well the last time this was updated with new text was in September - he was active then. I guess I will go and make a note of this in the review.

By the way - everyone can report posts - and you can report on members as well.

If you see that an iGaming rep has not been on for several weeks - report that person. This gets placed in a ticketing system where the moderators and I can attend to. We have over 200 reps - many of whom come and go frequently - and it is hard to keep up sometimes. Report these guys and we'll check into it.

A lack of forum presence can spell out a number of things - and we need to know so we can try to find out what is going on.

Did you actually read the review?? The casino is in the Grey Zone which means play at your own risk.

I don't think that will help you - the UKGC does not deal with individual gambling issues. Plus - you are not in the UK, so that won't apply to you.

We do handle complaints. I would submit a compliant here and we can get going on it.
 
I have some problem with Voodoo Dreams casino bonuses and sent a message on 5th January to Erik but still waiting for an answer...
 
Bryan, FYI, they do have a UKGC license, which is not mentioned in your review.

The UKGC license has only recently been granted though.
I did try signing up there last week. But there's no UK listed in the drop down menu for location.

So I just assumed that unlike Casino Heroes, they were getting everything ready for a UK launch, with everything working as it should, before taking UK customers.
 
Yeah, I've noticed that you have links to the UKGC licence on your site now at the bottom, which is a little confusing for us UK users who go to sign up but can't. Good to hear it will go live soon, hopefully not too long to wait :)
