Hey guys,

Not so long ago I asked the BGO rep (I believe his name is Paul) on this forum if Skrill will be implemented on their casino as accepted pay method.
He answered me in a decent and friendly manner and told me it was actually in the process of being implemented.
Fair play.

Today I logged in to my BGO account to see if Skrill was already there but it wasn't.
No problem but I could see the Skrill logo already added but not usable yet.
I thought,let's ask CS through live chat.

The conversation that followed already made me reluctant to ever deposit here.
What an unfriendly and unhelpful person I got to talk to.
Was only interested in terminate the chat asap.
She wasn't even remotely interested in helping me or finding out about Skrill and also she didn't know anything about it.

Paul@BGO - Maybe train the reps to be a bit more CS focused as this already puts me of depositing at a casino. :eek2::eek2::eek2:

Was really looking forward to deposit here as the casino looks good and the game selection is fantastic but my first contact with a rep wasn't great. :what:

For example can Euro be used or will everything be converted into Sterling?
 
With the greatest respect lotusch I don't think the chat rep was rude or out of line at all. I think she was polite and honest about what she knew. Your being way too hard on her in public imo. I get extremely frustrated at poor support but bgo has always been good when I've had to use it (live chat being unavailable sucks though!).

That said I think your frustration about skrill being in "coming soon" mode for a long time is understandable. I've read on here it's been in the pipeline for ages as well.

Not rude in words,100% agree.
But as a CS rep myself I could very well sense she was not going to help me at all.
Short answers and when I asked her to ask a floor manager she didn't even bother but replied instantly as above.
If I don't know an answer I will always ask my supervisor or even someone within our company who might know more about the customers query.
This was not the case with this CS rep,as she was short and imho not very friendly.
In that perspective I found her rude. :oops:
 
They add skril from 2 years and still skril not avalible ..... Its very unprofesional ( in this case).... Casino without e-wallets without skril and nettelr .. even without Paysafecard they have only credit card and ukash code. Very poor payments methods.

They probably lose A LOT depositors only becose they cant add any e-wallets. Im dont know why is so hard add this e-wallets and got 2 x more active players

Bgo is very good casino But is hard make deposit in this place - Not all credit cards work corectly to proecesed deposit to BGO ( to be honest mayby credit card frok UK work good but from other cuntries NOT - their security system rejected often credit cards deposit from players outsite Uk)

Im hope they add finaly this e-wallets ..... but they promised do this over 2 years ago without succes so....
 
Yeah makes no sense skrill went again and then now got neteller working?? I used neteller last month so this is really strange why no skrill and its same company now. :eek:
 
Did not want to start a complete new thread but the title of this one seems some what appropriate!

Posting as I know there are a good few BGO players out there.

Maybe just based on the offer I got via e-mail just but it seems that they have changed their bonus T&C's.

No longer a reasonable 20 x D+B but now it seems it is 60x bonus!!

Based on a £20 deposit and 100% match which they seem to send out quite regular...(let's hope my maths holds out :p)

£20 Deposit + £20 Bonus = £40 x 20 = £800WR

£20 Bonus x 60 = £ 1,200 WR

Not a small but a whopping 50% increase!

Not a complaint and more of a heads up :thumbsup::thumbsup:
