NOT HAPPY with Video Slots

Haven't played for a while at VS and decided to have a turn today, logged in and deposited $70 Australian. Went to play a slot game and it told me because I'm from Australia I can no longer play there!! Well what I didn't know is Australian players cannot play there anymore, yet they were quick to take my money and now I am having a hard time getting my money back!! I was never a verified player there and I have uploaded all documents except for a utility bill as I have no recent utility bills and it says it must be recent, well I don't have a recent one. Therefor cannot do that verification for that. I don't see why drivers license is enough as that states my address on it. Anyways I contact support and they send me an email asking my name, dob and phone number... On the bottom is says case closed, I try to log into my VS account and now it won't let me!!!! It's like I've been deleted from there or my account shut down it won't work so yes I'm wild right about now and furious as buggery.

If your account was verified you could still play there as so many other Australians still do.

Video Slots don't except new players from Australia.

Existing Australian players are limited to what games we can play there.

You can pm Dan and he would surely look into it for you :)
 
Thank u. I have been trying to get back into my account with out success. It won't accept my username and password anymore... And yes it's correct...but it won't allow me to log in anymore.

Contact Dan its on the top of the page in I-gaming reps.

Blame the Australian laws not Video Slots as we are left with not many casino choices now :(
 
Firstly, can I say I am sorry that you are now struggling to find trustworthy casinos to play at online in Australia now.

Secondly as others have said, Dan is the man who will deal with this.

Hi, no I wasn't aware at all, as all casinos that I play at have sent me an email stating Australian residents can't play and I did not get one from VS and a couple of other casinos therefor didn't think anything of it. And yes I am surprised I could deposit, and I say that meaning after what is know now, that Australian residents can't play.
 
NOT happy now.! Am furious actually. 2x confirmation of address rejected... Getting the run around, couldn't even bother replying me to let me know.. Had to demand via support to get onto it. Only to be told I need to upload something else to confirm my address.. Like my drivers licence is not good enough, nor 2x other documents, and told I will have to open a skill or e wallet to get my refund. !!!!! Not good enough.!!! NEVER had a problem with any casino like this... Got better service at Rushmore and there classed as rogue! Plus won and received $20.000 off them. With no hassles what so ever. This casino VS has really got my goat up!

Thank u so much. I don't think some people in support know what's going on. It let me withdraw back to card.. That automatically gave me that option and allowed it... I just don't understand how they expect me to wager when I can't even play a game

This is precisely the reason why I closed my account with VS. Utter BS!
 
Still not happy here! Opened a neteller account. Had to deposit MORE effing money in order to use this account. Am going through the verification process now. Also have to do ANOTHER deposit to VS via neteller in order to withdraw WTF this is total BS!! I lose out with fees etc... It's all a money grab!! FUMING!!!

Yep videoslots are so over rated in my opion! Took me weeks to get verified and about 15 documents, never had that much hassle at any other casinos, bitstarz is good give that a go, they verified my docs in about 2 mins and a had a withdrawal in my skrill account in 15 seconds!

I'm pretty sure these are standard rules that casinos have to adhere to. At least the respectable ones. You can only withdraw to same method you deposited with. So if you deposited by credit card and your credit card doesn't accept your payment...you will have to use another method but first you have to make a deposit with it. Rizk, betat, guts, slotsmillion all have the same rule.

And I'm also pretty sure it's also a standard rule that you have to at least wager 1x your deposit in order for you to withdraw...this is to avoid money laundering...

I loved Videoslots in the old days.
But since Kenny is out of VIP their VIP support got incredibly bad when it comes to a fair compensation for a loosing streak (with a lot of Money!)
So guys if youre a high depositing player there are in the meantime a lot of better casinos out there.
Thats why i also stopped playing at VS now.

It is and has been standard for a long time. Some casinos offer to pay out without wagering the complete amount but will slap a heavy fee on it.

Not only an AML measure but also to stop abusers who deposit to get Free Spins, withdraw the soon they had them credited and only then play the Free Spins. There are surely more but these are the two main reasons.
 
Yeah that is very poor service, yet they have a 9.8 rating on here, dan from videoslots should be able to do something??

Yes i understand but yet some on here which are grey zoned or even rogue i have experienced top service and zero hassle, it is a general comment and that is my view. I find it strange though the difference in ratings of casinos on different website's. Some on here are rated best of the best yet on other websites are rated average. Anyways just my opinion and to be honest as a Australian it is probably best to give it away as i loved microgaming casinos but no more!

I am unsure where to play as all the ones I was playing at are not accepting Australian players. I played at Rushmore ( won $20.000 ) had no problems at all receiving my money. I even won on there tournament once $1500 and I didn't even deposit a cent.! I played at lucky nugget, and also jackpot city, both of those I picked up $7000 on LN and $3000 on JC. No hassles receiving money, didn't even have to prove identity. I really liked the games at VS but never won anything.

Any casino with just a Curacao license (like bitStarz) won't get very high ratings at CasinoMeister. Reason is that the license does not provide any player protection like a MGA or UKGC license. Other review sites, like AskGamblers, don't care about that and promote just about anyone.

bitStarz has a good reputation but let it come to a dispute and you are on your own. That is one of the big items as to why they do not receive a high rating here.

Another day battling to get my money back. Wow didn't think this was going to be such a drama.! Having problems with neteller now. They have refused my documents 3 effing times.!! Too blurry, or not good enough, even though they are clear as bloody daylight. I signed up to neteller quite a long while ago, and lived at another address then, so my address is different to that stated on my drivers license. And guess what???!! I can't edit or change that UNTIL I am a verified customer , so that's a no go at the moment. So I remember I have a skrill account from agesssss ago, but even that I can't get in to as I've forgot the password and when I try to reset the password, it won't send it to me it tells me to pacifically contact skrill personally due to security reasons. What a effing joke.!!! But overall I'm just losing money left right and centre now as I've had to deposit to neteller, so I don't just want to leave those funds in there but seems this going to be the case since I can't get verified. I feel your pain, bro.

I don't have time for this BS. It's almost like Pavlovian dog training, making you jump through hoops and wag your tail, just to get your own money back. This needs to be nipped in the bud, before it becomes the standard.
