NOT HAPPY with Video Slots

I'm an Australian resident so can't play, can't wager, am trying to withdraw the money I put into the casino in which I couldn't even play at anyways. And I have to use skrill or neteller as won't send me a cheque or do a wire transfer or revert my money back to my card. Grrr

What a pain! Do you still plan to keep playing? We are slowly running out of casinos to play, i am onto my last 2 which hopefully continue to accept Australians for a bit longer

Yes i understand but yet some on here which are grey zoned or even rogue i have experienced top service and zero hassle, it is a general comment and that is my view. I find it strange though the difference in ratings of casinos on different website's. Some on here are rated best of the best yet on other websites are rated average. Anyways just my opinion and to be honest as a Australian it is probably best to give it away as i loved microgaming casinos but no more!

I am unsure where to play as all the ones I was playing at are not accepting Australian players. I played at Rushmore ( won $20.000 ) had no problems at all receiving my money. I even won on there tournament once $1500 and I didn't even deposit a cent.! I played at lucky nugget, and also jackpot city, both of those I picked up $7000 on LN and $3000 on JC. No hassles receiving money, didn't even have to prove identity. I really liked the games at VS but never won anything.

Any casino with just a Curacao license (like bitStarz) won't get very high ratings at CasinoMeister. Reason is that the license does not provide any player protection like a MGA or UKGC license. Other review sites, like AskGamblers, don't care about that and promote just about anyone.

bitStarz has a good reputation but let it come to a dispute and you are on your own. That is one of the big items as to why they do not receive a high rating here.

Yeah i did great at 32red and jackpot city, was a member at both for many years. Not many options left unfortunately i am currently playing at casino-mate and bitstarz, have done many withdrawals with both but they dont have the great range of games that were once available , not sure how much longer we can play though. Another day battling to get my money back. Wow didn't think this was going to be such a drama.! Having problems with neteller now. They have refused my documents 3 effing times.!! Too blurry, or not good enough, even though they are clear as bloody daylight. I signed up to neteller quite a long while ago, and lived at another address then, so my address is different to that stated on my drivers license. And guess what???!! I can't edit or change that UNTIL I am a verified customer , so that's a no go at the moment. So I remember I have a skrill account from agesssss ago, but even that I can't get in to as I've forgot the password and when I try to reset the password, it won't send it to me it tells me to pacifically contact skrill personally due to security reasons. What a effing joke.!!! But overall I'm just losing money left right and centre now as I've had to deposit to neteller, so I don't just want to leave those funds in there but seems this going to be the case since I can't get verified. This is all really peeing me off so bad now.!!

CASE CLOSED!! I was FINALLY verified through neteller this morning and was finally able to withdraw from VS. Money transferred from VS to NT in about 5 mins... Am now pending withdrawal from NT to my bank as I type. Thank God.!

I don't have time for this BS. It's almost like Pavlovian dog training, making you jump through hoops and wag your tail, just to get your own money back. This needs to be nipped in the bud, before it becomes the standard.
