I have not been able to replicate the issue myself but we have as you know had several players pointing this out and I completely agree that this behavior is definitely not optimal for either us, the players or the provider I would say.
I did not want to respond to this thread before I had something solid to come with but I did not expect it to take this long. I have been pushing for an update in the investigation/solution but I have nothing to come with yet.
Once I have something I will let you know and trust me I will keep on pushing them for an update.
