Nordic..poor support, buggy software

I have not been able to replicate the issue myself but we have as you know had several players pointing this out and I completely agree that this behavior is definitely not optimal for either us, the players or the provider I would say.

I did not want to respond to this thread before I had something solid to come with but I did not expect it to take this long. I have been pushing for an update in the investigation/solution but I have nothing to come with yet.

Once I have something I will let you know and trust me I will keep on pushing them for an update.

If you have any issue problem with a single game or more don't play these faulty game, stay away from it before matter get worse. Report to casino on the spot and wait patiently. If you don't get response, try ask rep here. And have some patience to wait. It'll take some times to investigate the problems and apply fix to it. Harassing/rush around will not work that way. It is all about polite/respectful of others.
 
We did receive a response from MG in regards to this case, they pardoned the delay in response however what they stated was not much more information else than what we could have figured out ourselves. We have requested further investigation.

Unfortunately there is not much more I can do at this point.
