Yeah this doesn't surprise me.

These guys suck at paying. They are Playtech. Same group as Del Rio/Vegas Red/Europa/Tropez casinos.

I played there a while ago, and I cashed out a meagre few pounds, and it took a LONG time for them to pay.

I just can't see why they imagine with so many poker sites out there I'd want to play at one that takes weeks to pay 50.

Recommended NOT.

I've cashed out several times. No delays, no documents, no problems. And the games are good, weak competition. Software leaves a little to be desired. But I'm sure they'll improve.

What to they mean they have to translate your documents? You send them a Chinese drivers license or something?

These sites also have versions of it in Chinese so there is no need for translation unless they use this as an excuse to hold up your withdrawal.
