I have raised a PAB for this but Max has advised it is ok to ask a question of the forum.
Background : I started playing at an online casino without checking the status at Casinomeister (My fault entirely). Anyway the first deposits went in and the first withdrawals were all processed successfully. At this point I had still not checked the status at CM (It's a Rogue by the way). My second deposits went in and my second withdrawals were made by me - but when I checked later 2 of them had been returned to my casino balance and only one processed to my bank account. I queried this and was told to redo them in smaller amounts and did so - this was 23rd July 2011. The withdrawals are still in my casino transaction list as 'Waiting' and I have not yet received any of them. The casino has stated technical problems as the reason they have not been processed but of late have stopped responding to my enquiries.
The question I have is do I do a chargeback on my deposits? I have asked at AquaPay who is the casino's payment providers and they say this is possible through my card provider.
