No more INB for me

I went into Inetbet to play a little tonight. Haven't played there much in the last few months. Maybe 2-3 times a month. I had been playing there faithfully for about 7 years and had one of my seldom cashouts and they gave me a big hassle about docs. Now after 7 years I think they know who I am. So depositing thousands a month, no luck. Decide to layback a while and try someone else. About maybe a month ago manage to get a cashout on some free money they gave me. Went in a couple times and played, went in today and played with their "Mystery Bonus coupon" 100% bonus. nothing anywhere about not being able to play certain progressive slots. Up a little on my deposit so went in to play Jackpot Pinatas, it has been moved from under the regular slots tab and put into a special progressives tab and I can't play it,, I am blocked. This is a new one for me at least from INB, I have never been blocked from any slots on any coupon that wasn't specifically for certain games. But since usually, if I do manage to make a cashout there, it is from playing Jackpot Pinatas. I really did not know they tracked you so specifically, but when I was depositing tons of money every month and not winning was no problem, but because I have won I can no longer play it. I will never play at INB again. So sorry that I have been such a loyal player and they have treated me badly. Wish there was some way to get my deposit back because I am absolutely positive I will never win a rjp there. Please recommend some new places for me to try. I do like the RTG format. Thanks for your help and this is just my experience. JMHO

You really believe that Inetbet has specifically excluded ONLY you from playing that one game? I seriously doubt it.

IMO, it is one of two things has happened. One, that game has never been allowed on a coupon/while a bonus is in play, as it is a Progressive. The RTG software didn't block you from playing it, as it never blocked anyone from playing disallowed games...and has always been a hot topic of controversy. For whatever reason, your cashouts were honoured, even though you played a disallowed game. BTW, are you sure you were using bonus money/a coupon while playing it previously?

The software has now been updated to "block" disallowed games while using bonus money. If so, this is a huge improvement.

OR....

Two, play on progressive slots was allowed previously, and they have changed their gameplay rules...for everyone, not just you.

I will bet my last dollar that if I go and login to my account at Inetbet, and punch in the coupon code you're talking about (M9RPH?)...and then click on disallowed games in the cashier, that it will show ALL progressive games, and Jackpot Pinatas specifically, as being not allowed to play.

Unfortunately, for some reason I can't get into the cashier at the moment, so can't take a screenshot of the specific terms for the Mystery Coupon, but as I said, I would bet my last dollar that the game blockage(s) are not just you. That is being somewhat paranoid IMO.

One I gave you my experience and that is exactly what I called it. I have played there for 7 years and know what games I have been playing for 7 years. I have always played this game and most times have taken a bonus. Played the mystery coupon monthly for years.
Two, I also know how to check the coupon in the cashier. It does not say anything about any progressives being disallowed at all. And it does not specifically mention Jackpot Pinatas at all.
Three, yes they may have changed their rules and their software, never said they didn't. But I was not notified of any changes, or even told to check the t&c's because they may have changed.
I would go into cashier and take a screenshot personally, however I am playing somewhere else right now. So will have to wait. Thank you for your input. But this has been my experience.

I personally don't like INB either...gave me hassles even BEFORE I made a deposit...lol.
But I do believe that all the "progressives" slots are excluded games when on a deposit bonus.

Jackpot Pinata's
Aztec Millions etc....

This must be something new, because I have always played Happy Golden Ox, and have won and cashed out on those bonuses with this slot a few times actually.

I am sure it is something new they are imlplementing, maybe someone from Inet can comment on this.

This is what it says, screenshots attached didn't know how to open in this window. No where do I see anything about progressives or jackpot pinatas. Sorry for taking up so much room. Thanks for listening. JMHO bonus play excluded.webpincluded bonus play.webp

One I gave you my experience and that is exactly what I called it. ....

Don't see how your original prefix for this, "Tips", fits into that. Removed, for clarity.

Right at the end where it says Blocked, it includes "Some Real-Series Video Slots" - meaning, I suppose, that any that aren't on the list of allowed games...?

Spot on me fire-breathin' young'un :D

IIRC jackpot pinatas is considered a real series slot, albeit a progressive one.

It probably should show which specific real series slots are blocked for clarity.

I'm also stunned at why someone would be pissed about having to send updated docs once in 7 years. It's such a non-issue IMO. If you won and they sent your cheque to the wrong address I'm sure you'd be pissed that they DIDN'T check your details first. It's pretty simple.....just send the damn docs and you get your money.

The more I read the OP, the more it comes across as looking for something to complain about because they're losing. IMO.

If I am not mistaken, that coupon code does say "Games Restrictions do apply".

So in all reality, it is not like they were trying to hide anything. The casino does have the right to restrict any game on any bonus, nothing we can do about it. I personally do not think that Inet did anything shady here, it is up to the player to read the terms and conditions of each deposit bonus, and you may have been playing Jackpot Pinatas for 7 years, but this year Inet decided to exclude that slot from their bonuses, something you're going to have to live with. You may not like it, but that is the way it is now.

Happy Golden Ox is a 'house' progressive, not a network progressive - so each casino has their own jackpot. Jackpot Pinatas and Shopping Spree and Aztec Millions etc are shared among all RTGs.

To the OP, I have a feeling that most RTGs won't allow you to play network progressives when you have an active bonus, if the game isn't blocked, make sure you ask - it would suck to win something and then find out you weren't supposed to be playing those.

EDIT: Here's a list of the Old / Expired Link in case anyone's interesting in seeing which ones are network progressives (they call them 'sytem wide') and which aren't. ;)

I, too, came across the restricted slots at INB and thought, now they really are listening! Why would anyone have an issue with something we have been asking for, for so long, to block games that are not allowed?? I , for one, give the casinos a thumbs up for this, that have implemented the block for games not allowed during bonus play. We have threads upon threads of this request and now they did it, and I think it is a good thing. JMO too.

.

A lot casino do this . with deposit and no deposit bonus - write in deep terms and conditions rulez abaut eglible or not eglible games playing with bonus - max pers spin rulez or other things. - personaly Im called this "trap"

Next after player do deposit then of corse player can play all games. becose its avalible to joined every game they wont.

But - in rtg software example - single spin in not eglible games like progresive slots or table games - and alll withdrawal after make wagering will be dealted.......

Same rulez is last time in Playtech casino Club Gold Casino - if player play with bonus cant play in Progresive slots , Branded slots and Table games?
not only wagering not calculated but if single spin will be done in excluded games then all wininggs will be removed ( if player finish wagering and try make withdrawal)

So ok player shoud read terms and conditions first - next starts play yes? ok

But if player decided play sesions with Bonus - then casino shoud dont give player acces to not eglible games
But 3./4 casinos only write bonus rulez deep in terms and conditions - and player can play inn all games - and easy break terms and conditions.

rulez abaout not eglible game or other ( funny rulez like - dont use autoplay options dont use gambling options(Black red cards) and im see a lot very strange-TRAP rulez in a lot casinos in terms and conditions bonus )

Today in Gambling if player decided get Bonus must be cerful and read very close terms and conditions - becose is very easy enter the trap

Casinos erning not only for not lucky gambling players but olso erning from - player who dont cerfluly read terms and conitions - have a little lucky try withdrawal money - but broke rulez playing with bonus.

Im thing all casino if they wont - - they can blocked acces to some games for playing playing with bonus - But better from them is stay all games eglible and waiting to somone recived deposit bonus - open wrong game and - hit in the trap

Jackpot Pinatas does not come up on the real series slot tab, it comes up on the progressive tab. No notice of their change to disallowing these and if not noted by name, how would you know which real series slots they are referring to. I also always check my coupon but nothing on there led me to believe there was any difference. Did not put it under complaints because I was just giving everyone a heads up that there was a difference now that was not publicized. And as someone noted, almost impossible to make playthrough without these games, so I will not play there anymore, JMO.
You don't have to agree with me, but I have the right to express my opinion. And that is why I put it under tips, to let people know. So at this point I won't post any more at all, because I have sure seen some rude comments. And yes if you accept my deposits for 7 years without docs you don't need them again when I have a withdrawal. Besides the fact that I never said I hadn't sent them for 7 years, they had asked me for them every withdrawal for the last 2 years. I always send docs when I use a new card, with or without a withdrawal request. And it has nothing to do with not winning recently, it had to do with their attitude. However, no I never won much at INB, I find it is much better at CW but I was a loyal player and had really liked Emily and the way she ran things. Emily is no longer available and things have gone downhill.
Then there is also the fact that shortly after having to send these docs again, both my cards were compromised and used for google, paypal and some other charges, including someone trying to buy a plane ticket from China to Iran. I received all my money back through my bank, but INB was extremely rude about the situation and refused to even investigate or acknowledge that it could have something to do with sending the documents.
This change on the slots bonus just recently occurred, it was always allowed to play these games with bonuses before. When the casino implemented the change they could and should have posted it on their casino under news or a popup when you deposited or could even have posted the change on their facebook page or sent emails. None of this was done, it was just changed and the coupon was not clear. For this reason I will not play there again, but I have not told anyone here not to play there, just that the terms have changed and everyone has the right to be aware of these changes. I guess next time I won't bother to give anyone a heads up, I am sure that will help. Everyone can just find out the changes for themselves like I did.
