I made a deposit on 15AUG04 without a bonus.
Played and cashed out a small amount under $100 the same day.

This cashin is still pending.

Numerous emails have gone unanswered.

I privately mailed CJ a casino poster at Casinomeister.
Nothing.

Do not make any deposits at this casino.

NOTE: Kiss is on the Casuinomeister's warning list.

I do not understand why anyone uses email when it comes to inquiring about cash outs when most casinos have a toll free phone number or a live help link on their website (Kiss have both) where you can talk live with a CS rep. Pick up the phone and call them 1-800-480-5137 or go to www.kisscasino.com and use the live help. I know they are not recommended but it may be something as simple as fax back forms and ID. I had the same problem at another RTG casino for under $100.00 and they explained they sent the email stating that to process the cash out they need my fax back forms and ID with utility bill (yes some casinos require this for all cash outs not just large ones). I did not receive their emails, maybe due to spam blocker but as soon as I called them they told me this and I faxed over what they wanted. The next day they sent my cash out to my Neteller account. If I had ran to the boards and said "do not play" I could have hurt their business when all it took was to talk to someone live, not by email. Emails get misdirected, lost, bumped etc. Pick up the phone!

I do not like to use the telephone because there is no record.

As a business, this casino obviously has problems.
Such a hassle for a payout and managerial approval for very small cashins.
Sounds like they have a severe cash flow problem.

But it is much slower. Use the phone to get your answer AND send an email so you have a written record of their response.
 
Two Card - there's another thread around here on Kiss and its sister Giant Vegas. In that thread are email addresses for CJ, who appears to be the manager at Kiss, and Brian Goodman who is presumably the operator. They are Australians, and you will see from the thread that others have experienced problems.

Try those addresses.

If all else fails then lodge a complaint with Montana.

Kiss Casino Ripped me OFF

I gambled on Kiss Casino and now they are unwilling to pay me my winnings. I won $8000 dollars at blackjack and now they are saying they are not obligated to pay. They are saying this AFTER I received an email that stating my certification for withdraws was approved. They state that since I am 19, they do not have to pay my winnings. However, they sure accepted $900 dollars from me with no problems, even though Im 19. If anyone could help with this issue, please let me know. All other players beware that they are dishonest and cheat their players out of the money they rightfully deserve. Im going to be placing this on every message board that I can find to show that they are frauds!!!!!!! Im also going to be starting a website Link Removed ( Old/Invalid) . Well,the next excuse they have for not paying someone will be"Hey,you are too old". Our cashouts are so slow that you will not live to see it. So why bother?
