Casino Complaint No Deposit Limit Option Available on Purple Lounge

As one of CM's accredited casino it "Must offer and enforce spending limits in addition to both temporary and permanent self exclusion options."

I have just asked via the live chat to set a deposit limit on my account and this was the response:

Customer: how do i set a deposit limit?
Melissa S: You can probably do that via your bank, unfortunatley we can not do that
Customer: so icannot set a deposit limit at all via your casino?
Melissa S: No I'm sorry

Surely this break the rules of the CM accreditation and is very irresponsible?

I'll bet there are quite a few accredited casinos that have not actually thought about this, and can't actually set deposit limits on individual accounts. What they CAN all do is lock an account for a period, or permanently.
They may feel that the ability to block an account for a short period will suffice as "offering and enforcing a spending limit".
