Bogus Complaint NickSlots - Rizk Casino.

I don't think that Nick is a fraud nor do I think that Rizk would entertain getting caught out with the allegation made.

I seen some of his recent streams and he had troubles getting to certain games because they were not shown on his screen. He asked viewers to post a link and a viewer called Mark provided him with the links.

I have had problems with the Rizk website too when certain games were not shown (posted on the ask Captain Rizk topic about it only recently) only for them to appear a day later. Their website is certainly buggy at times.

Just now, for example, there are no Novo slots shown but I know for sure last week there were.

As for casinos offering streamers money to play with. I have never been contacted by any casino to do that and have been streaming for a good while. The only incentive I get from the casino I stream from is free spins to dish out to viewers as a thank you for featuring their casino to stream from.

Right, lets clear up a few things about how Rizk and Nickslots work, then i will respond separately to the OP's accusations and rants

FIrstly Nick is a UK player and deposits his own money and plays for real, the only thing that we give him - and he is honest and open about this on his feed - is match bonuses. If he wins and gets through the same wagering requirements as every other customer then he keeps it, if he loses we keep it. Same as for any other player

Secondly Greentube Games are ONLY valid in the uk right now, therefore he ABSOLUTELY CANNOT play any Nordic account to get this game or whatever other rubbish has been suggested.

Thirdly, we do not have a Rizk Skrill account of any form whatsoever.

Now to the OP's accusations.

Firstly the information that you were given about Greentube not being available in the UK was incorrect, it is everywhere else that it is not able to be played. Support team have been reminded of this unfortunately humans make mistakes.

Why you cant access the game is not clear to me right now as i have had to spend time dealing with this rather than looking into why you cant access the game.

Your first contact with live chat was around lunchtime today - almost the same sort of time that you started this thread and then sent an e-mail for the attention of the CEO only. My sincere apologies for hosting my sons birthday party if this got in the way with a message being passed to me......

I have no idea why you couldnt PM me on here - did you have too few posts?

If you had have taken a little time rather than posting made up, hearsay rumours that have no truth, then i could have corrected the incorrect message you were given by support, looked into why your UK account didnt let you open the game and resolved this quickly and easily.

However based on all the comments that you have made in this thread then I am assuming that you would like us to close your Rizk account? You only have to let us know and we can do this for you.

I have just checked your log in and IP details. All your log ins up until 19th October were from the UK - after that date your IP address shows up as Maltese! Are you here on holiday?

If so then it is entirely obvious why you get this error message and you cannot play the Greentube games - you are not in the UK.....

Edit: Support just told me that the IP thing might be from when they were trying to help you and why it is showing as Maltese. Shame, i would have happily had a pint with you tonight if you had been here in Malta.

How about we try this, if you are in the UK, log in and try to open a greentube game - if you get the error restriction PM me a screenshot and i can then check the IP to what is being registered and then if this is not the problem then we can hand it on to the tech department to look into it further.

Reasonable deal?

No Harry - think this was my bad and i have edited my post. Support inform me that if they are trying to help someone with their account then the IP address can show up as maltese.

OP my offer still stands, log in, try to access a greentube game and if you get the restricted country error code pm me the screenshot and i will look into your IP and see if that is the issue here

There are many different deals with casinos as to where a 3rd party game provider will allow their games to be played by different casinos, our deal right now is that greentube games are available ONLY to UK players.

Let me check on this for you fellas - there was an issue with the geo masking that wasnt functioning correctly and was masking some games for players that were in legitimate territories. If i am honest, now we have 10+ games providers i cant remember off the top of my head which ones work where right now but i will follow it up on Monday.

Number one: After months of hard work and building up an excellent (and deserved) reputation do you think Rizk would get involved in anything which could be viewed as even slightly 'dodgy' - NO WAY!

Possible a genuine oversight by allowing stream of an unavailable (but not restricted game) whilst promoting their site, again no malice or cloak and dagger stuff intended, no one is perfect.

Not by any means an expert but I have watched a fair few stream and I watch the booze pile down most times, could this be a factor maybe??? - Small suggestion nothing more!

As for the Skrill account for Rizk, If the player cannot benefit and he's happy to sit there doing this to promote the casino then I say leave em to it!

Then why don't the streamers playing on test accounts just do streams in play money mode. Why don't they because most of their viewers would leave. They are deceiving viewers by representing they are using their own funds to play while instead being funded by the casino to stream slots all day every day.

Not referring to Nick here as he seems legit. But theres a handful of streamers out there that definitely seem to be playing on house money. That Rohstein guy sticks out to me as one of them playing on multilotto.
