I too recieved a PM from the Nordicbet Rep. I was very happy to recieve this PM.
Like others I was not really having a bitch and moan but was merely stating how I felt. I generally never use bonuses anyway. My point was that I felt ignored. The rep has rectified this and pointed out that they do have bonus offers and cashbacks, etc.. that I had no idea about.(I opted for the 10% cashback per week)
The other offers were a 50% match bonus and free spins.
Just thought I'd make other members aware that there are actually bonuses and rewards available for players. I am really new to Nordicbet and Netent in general so was unaware and have become used to other casinos emailing me all the time with offers, etc..

I am really impressed with Nordicbet and Netent in general and have actually only deposited there in the last few weeks as I love the games. I tried jack and the beanstalk last night and absolutely loved it. The walking wilds are a really cool feature.
Most other softwares are really all the same. Bog standard slots with scatters, etc... I really like how innovative the games at Netent are. I've been trying a different one each day and so far really love Piggys Riches, Hall of Gods, Jack and the Beanstalk and Alien Robots.
I am slowly getting through the list of slots and am enjoying them more every day!

If they do have any kind of bonus offers they are more hidden than their download casino used to be. One thing that for some reason just annoys me with most NetEnt casinos is, when you get free spins they are almost always on the lowest coin size. That is fine, although it would be better if it had some relation to what bet each player usually plays, but as soon as you play the free spins out the coin size changes to the default which is 10x as much and somehow that just feels wrong.

Nordicbet did not offer me any bonus either other than SUB.

They do not treat players outside EU fairly IMO.

Nordic Bet's SUB is pretty crap anyway IMHO - it's actually the worst one of all the NetEnt's I list on my website!
They are undoubtedly a very good casino - for players who don't use bonuses.

There are, but one I wouldn't reccomend is CasinoEuro. I posted a while back about their fun bonus offer they made me, and I do get roughly once a month 'free money' offers, which are a grand total of 1 euro of free money each time.

They never give free chips either (which isn't necessarily a bad thing or worthy of a complaint) and their bonuses aren't very good imo.

The WR according to their T&C for ordinary SUB at Nordicbet is bonus amount X 35, which is better than for example B+Dx20.

Examples of SUB with higher WR than Nordicbet:

Betsafe B + D X 30
CasinoEuro B + D x 25

I tried starburst today with 10 free spins at Nordic and 30 spins at Stanjames. Didn't do anything at all so I decided to deposit $25 at nordic bet to try it a bit more and well. betting 30c my deposit went in like 10 minutes. Not sure I like this slot. I had such high hopes. I dont think that was the best video they could have made to show off the new slot. The preview of the features leaves me thinking it will be pretty common to get lots of features where that symbol shows up nearly every spin if not straight in a row like was shown to end the free spins (I am assuming that this symbol doesn't show up every spin and theoretically games could go on indefinitely until you get that skull symbol on the multiplier gauge thing).

How long have you been waiting and where did you play ?

If this is your first withdrawal and you need to verify your account etc then it usually will take some extra time. Not overly long I started withdrawal on Thursday last week so only 4 working days but it still says pending, no verification docs required (as yet).

The only reason I was slightly concerned was on the Nordic Bet website it says you can withdraw back to Credit Card even if you register it after a one time deposit. But after registering the card it still wouldn't let me withdraw to it. So I spoke to the support chat guy who said you cannot withdraw back to card after you have registered it...I would have to make another deposit. Not a big deal, just did bank transfer instead but thought it was strange that website has incorrect info.

I think 4 days pending (business days) is very unusual at Nordicbet. They do not have an obligatory pending time so withdrawals are usually approved very quickly. You could ask their rep here for for an explanation if you if you are experiencing any further delays. He is most helpful and will probably sort it out for you in no time.

The withdrawal has been approved now and didn't need to bother the rep. Anyway thanks for the help Rainmaker.

As I said, they do not have any reverse pending period at all so withdrawals are usually approved and paid out very quickly.
