Hopefully this one will be different, however, I can say that I have been disappointed the last few nights. To me it is so much more enjoyable when you get the free spins often, that is the fun of the game. I did use the 100% bonus as well (and the 400% x 2 at the beginning) because I was afraid if I didn't use the bonus that my play time would be nill. I do hope it improves.

After a lot of time not playing at rtg, i decided to give it a shot with lock tonight with a straight 100$ deposit. It was like i throw my money out of the window and see them fly lol.

I remember i played again around xmas at lock, but at least i was hitting some bonuses and had a nice playtime (doesn't hurt me i lost, at least i enjoyed it).

I really like the client and the way Lock casino designed the client so nice, and i hear and believe that the support is superb. Also, i can see that many players won some very nice sessions.

Won Again

Well last week I was griping because after my first win with Lock, I just couldn't get anything to play. However, I decided to stay faithful and try again and I was able to win again last night. I used the 100% bonus coupon which does not have a Max cashout, and I was able to meet the WR and still cash out for $1200.00 so I was pleased. I am hoping one day to win a random, I've never done that before. I just saw on the winning screenshots where someone deposited $40.00, was betting 60 cents and hit a random for over 9k. That was sweet =) Good luck to everyone. I will keep everyone posted on my relationship with Lock. BTW I cashed in early this morning and I have already been paid today. Needs to have a FAQ section

Needs to have ACCOUNT INFO section for the Affiliate to put in - for example: Payouts, address, phone number, contact, etc.


THE SYSTEM should not show the confusing info that it currently does - because it is very confusing.

ALSO - a deposit that was made 5 days ago - didn't show up until the CASH out time of the system - which is kinda weird.

Of course - the player PLAY is deducted - but WHILE I THINK THE SYSTEM is probably FAIR - it leaves a lot of questions - and should be less difficult to understand.

So the support told me that my RTP was 51% (!!!!! horrible). I said that this was bad. The support told me that my last deposits was a small sample to judge the RTP, so it's normal for such small samples it happens sometimes. (Small samples a deposit of 140$ and 80$ for a low-roller?).

Anyway i didn't asked for anything, but the chat person gave me 30$ bonus without restrictions. But i lost them in minutes again...

Sadly they seem to

have now changed the rules, which I think is a shame, I thought they really had something going for them.

From the ones I could see, the locknload (100%) is now only redeemable 5 x total, the we want you forever piece is gone, as is the 100% on every deposit, there is also a max cashout of $2000

There are a couple of other ones, like ladiesnight for instance its 100% not cashable, and your limited on the games you can play, $3000 max cashout.

Still cant fault them on quick payouts, though my play has been very different the past few deposits, the bonus rounds for me have all but gone, vastly different from the first few times of play, that was the reason Id stopped at RTGs in the past.

Oh well as they say all good things come to an end.

hi i don,t know about everybody elas but when i cashed in it took from tuesday to saturday night for me to get my money to qt. but that might have been caused by the mistake that they made when they said i played games that were not allowed on a bonus i took. but cs helped alot and they fixed it and no i did not play on games that were not allowed. but still 3 to 4 days to qt kind of seems long to me seeing alot of the people have said they have been paid within mins of cashing out. but all in all they r good and i like cs. but now that the trems have changed i don,t know.

That was not the case for me. I won the first time they paid really quick, within hours after I sent my paperwork in. I did play for a little bit and couldn't hit anything, but then I cashed in again, and within hours it was in my webwallet account. Did you use a webwallet or have them mail it to you? Perhaps if it were mailed, it got lost. Did you contact them?

Well I see that Lock made changes again to the bonuses. I talked with a rep earlier and questioned her about the change from last night until tonight. I understand that they are a new casino and I like them, and the pay outs hae been good, however, I loved the idea of the 100% bonus each time as it was in the beginning. Their quote "We don't just want you once. We want you for life. No one night stands here. " At the beginning this was for each and every deposit. Of course you had to do the big WR but still it gave you extra to play with and "try" and make the WR, however, now it is just a 5x deal. Oh well, we'll just have to see what times to come brings. My experience. 400% bonus gone in a jiffy. Deposited a total of $75 to play paigow poker. Played about 50 hands and there were 6 pushes in the low hand and the probability of this happening is low given there are normally 1-2 pushes in the low hand every 100 hands or so and which accounts for the House edge. For your information, a push is a loss for the player. Seems the casino doesnt like me too much.

I must say that their first payout was prompt! I also had some confusion with their bonuses, which they handled very well.

I took their blackjack bonus and won few $k:s over my original deposit. The terms said "The maximum cashable winnings from the blackjack bonus is $2,500". As for my understanding, it means I can win $2500 above my original deposit.

I have played a lot at lock for the past two months. I have been very lucky there (just look at the winning screenshots I have posted).

Lately my luck has changed a bit.

I think they have been great in every aspect, customer service, payout and bonuses.

It was very nice to have the 100% locknload bonus which could be claimed on every deposit (with no max cashout at the time). Also as a VIP for the total of january I had another 100% and 200% bonuses as well which was great.

These bonuses stopped in january and they have told me new (VIP) bonuses will come next week. Looking forward to that

The last few weeks they have been changing the bonus terms however with max cashouts. They still do have lots of nice bonuses however but I sure do miss the no max cashout bonus that could be claimed on every deposit

The sad thing is starting february and playing mostly without bonuses I went on a huge losing streak for about 30 deposits in a row.

However these bad runs/streaks always come at a certain point no mather which casino you play at. It just sucks when they happen. As I know from experience, when on a very bad run with RTG slots it can get very very ugly


Still I have to look at the bigger picture and the I am still doing ok regarding RTP at lock.

It did take a while to get paid (about 14 days after I sent my docs), but I guess it had something to do with Mastercard pulling out of the market. Elka was helpful and kept me informed during the time period.
