This has got to be the worst and tightest casino out there. I made a big mistake and reopened account tonight. After losing another $1,000 on their slot games, I'm convinced this casino is not playing a fair game. I sent an email to security dept on Jan 7th requesting play logs. Never received these as of today.

Overall, even though they pay, i don't trust them in any way. I feel this way ever time I play there and notice alot of strange hesitation in the spins and other things as well. The bonus rounds pay hardly anything and be careful if you bet over $5.00 per spin because this casino will gobble this right up. I'll be closing account again and will keep it closed.

I've played there at least 8-9 times and see the same patterns constantly and how they drain your bankroll. For those of you who have managed to win at this place, take the money and run because you got EXTREMELY LUCKY.

I tried to download the casino but I keep getting the error message that I don't have this file. I have downloaded several RTG casinos on this same computer without any problem. I googled this .dll file and everyone seems to think it's malware. If that's true, how did everyone here download successfully?

Lock Is Great!

Ok guys...here is the facts. I posted last night where I had won on Lock Casino, actually it was early this morning when I cashed out. I had a blast while playing, talked to one of the nicest CS reps that I have ever spoken with (her name is Joy), and she sent me the links thru live chat for the download form for withdrawals, plus the address to send them to. Now remember guys, this was all done in the last 24 hours. I went to my shop today, scanned my information they needed (drivers license, utility bill and the form...I used quicktender so I didn't have to send cc info). This was around 5pm today (central time) give or take a minute or two and VIOLA....the money is in my quicktender account right NOW!!! I am so totally impressed with this RTG casino. As far as the $40.00 it was not taken out since this was my first withdrawal of the month with them. But you know what??? Other than that issue, I was so impressed. When I talked to the rep, she was so "nice"...I mean really caring and it made me feel as if I had dealt with them for a long time. She informed me that the CEO is meeting with Bryan in London, so don't be surprised to see them in the Baptism by Fire section. In fact, I am sending Bryan a PM regarding the impeccable service that I have received with them. I guess you guys won't have to guess that this casino will be at the top of my playing list.

None of the RTGs that I've played at have charged the player a fee for withdrawals. Those fees will drive your players away if you impose any at all. I know titan, clubworld, cherry red, pantasia, inetbet, etc don't charge a fee.

On the AFFILIATE Structure site - since I have placed Lock on as an AFFILIATE with my site - has some interesting points.

I think it is being reworked right now and will wait to see this reworking...

But here are the current issues - and the fixes that I have come across:

#1 - player tracking. Somehow from download to signup VPN seems to want to change. I have one player who Deposited and informed me that they deposited and exactly how much.

This did not show in my records.

1a) Lock Casino went out of their way to associate the player with my affiliate code - but the question remains - the TRACKING should not have changed from download - once that person downloaded and signed up that tracking code should have been installed - and nothing should have mattered at that point.

HOWEVER - Lock Casino DID do the research and located the player.


ACCORDING TO LOCK STATISTICS - I HAVE HAD NO OTHER DEPOSITING PLAYERS. (If anyone from this forum used my aff code - and DEPOSITED - please let me know - I will track it and figure out why it has not shown up).

#2) In my affiliate page - LOCK shows that I have had 46 clicks, 18 downloads and 9 signups.

On my tracking from my site - I'm showing a few more clicks (not that far off) But almost ALL of those clicks show going to the 25.00 ND - which is fine...

Now - HERE is MY question.

How many people are going to DOWNLOAD a casino - and then NOT sign up?

OVER HALF?

I don't think so.

So this tells me there is SOMETHING either NOT tracking correctly - or something is wrong.

I just cannot believe 18 people downloaded and only 9 of them signed up - MY concern is possibly the same thing happened with 9 of the people - and somehow they have "MAGICALLY" gotten new VPNs - if this is the case - then there needs to be another tracking definition installed - as that is a lot of possible affiliate revenue that is just "magically" possibly disappearing.

There is ALSO the chance that the Lock affiliate room is displaying stuff that doesn't make exact sense to each player.

They are the FIRST affiliate group I have seen that show the FREE ND coupon as a loss - until the player plays it ALL the way through - and then it zero balances out - but until they play the ND through - it appears to be coming out of your profit margin appearance.

The overall experience at Lock has been PLEASANTLY nice.

The Customer service person that I am working with is PETE - and PETE has been UNFAILINGLY professional - and polite. When I've asked a question - he has gone to find the answer.

So this leaves me to believe that the Lock Affiliate section and tracking capabilities are new - and there are going to be some hiccups until they have affiliates like me bothering the crap out of them .

Again - if ANYONE from here has used the links for the WW site - and has deposited - PLEASE PM me and let me know.

I'm willing to help Lock out to get these things straightened BEFORE they have MULTI affiliates and end up with a mess.

When you go the cashier there is the Account Summary page. There is a large black counter on the left had side of that page. Above the counter it says LOCKBACK and there is a large black redeem button below. This is your LOCKBACK comp points balance which updates as you play. Please let me know if you are having any further issues.

I don't know if this is a fluk or not but when I go to the cashiers page and hit the back arrow to get to the casino lobby it asks me everytime do I want to exit the casino. I have to exit and restart as it will not automatically take me back to the lobby and thanks for adding that no pop up button!

support told me, thjat they have a fair 98% payout percentage, but i can't believe this and to be honest i've never heard that any RTG casino have really such a great 98% payout% because i always thought that they can only set the slots to 93, 95, or 97% including the Jackpots certainly??

Hopefully this one will be different, however, I can say that I have been disappointed the last few nights. To me it is so much more enjoyable when you get the free spins often, that is the fun of the game. Which ones are considered high variance if you don't mind me asking...and do you think it is better to bet small (like 40 to 60 cents) or higher such as $1 or $2. You know I thought the same thing last night. I was playing and the reels were jerking and making the sound like they were landing on a certain reel but the reel was still moving (just slightly behind). Last night it just didn't "feel right" to me either. I could not hardly get a bonus and when I did it didn't give me anything much at all. I have deposited every night since I won the $1000 ( and believe me I had to work for the WR on that one because I had a 400% bonus) but I finally was able to cash out. Now I can't get it to do anything. I may try it tonight but if it doesn't do something I may go to someone else for awhile. I really wanted to keep this one because everyone is so friendly.

Also, I am so glad for the people that hit the random jackpots, but I will say in 10 years since I have been playing, I have never won one. I wish that I could too! I told INETBET on the forum that I have had an advertising business for 26 years and the woman that won 5 or 6 randoms was certainly a good marketing campaign for them...if you know what I mean.
