New RTG - Lock Casino

If you win consider it a small miracle, cashout and don't return. Play other RTG you know you are ok at.

I had a fantastic run on my first deposit but played it out without cashing out. That is fine and I even though I suffered a run of about 50% return from my high point till bust I still had the opportunity of winning so that was good enough for me to consider them as good as any other RTG.

Since then all my deposits have returned well below 70% and the features are triggering at an average of several hundred spins!:eek:
I politely requested that Lock send me my RTP on each deposit from Dec 22nd but so far heard nothing.
If the definition of a rigged slot is one with less than 85% return then Lock Casino's slots are rigged.
If the definition of a rogue Casino is one that has slots so tight they are as good as rigged and ignores account audit requests then Lock Casino is a rogue casino.

Looks like the switch has been hit. Now several hundred spins without a feature round and it doesn't matter which slot I play.....they are all doing the same thing, taking the bankroll down at an alarming rate. I have even tried logging off a few times and nothing seems to work. I've seen this enough times to know where it's going. Balance is now $626.02 with $9142.53 playthru remaining. It's not looking good. What concerns me lately is that it seems like anyone who can afford one can open an RTG casino, then do what they want to the players....with impunity, sort of. I guess if you get a rogue reputation you won't have many players but that's an easy fix....just open another casino. BTW, the slots here are doing funky shit like disengaging and spinning and spinning, then failing to be able to communicate with server. This was not happening when it was playing reasonably well. Frankly, I think Real Time Gaming has no regard for the end player or else they wouldn't allow these ethically challenged casinos to be in business, so I blame RTG as much as anyone. If you don't believe this, just look how long the Virtual group has been allowed to operate.

Rusty I really don't think that Lock casino should be lumped in with the rogue casinos. It has to be given a chance. I made about six or seven deposits there and made the playthrough and cashed out 3 times so far. Some of the sessions were brutal and the ones where I cashed out were awesome. I personally don't really see a difference in play from Lock to other RTGs. I mean Casino Titan is brutal with the returns today and so is Cherry Red, do we say those slots are rigged too? Anyway that is my 2cents worth and its only my opinion.
 
Still waiting to hear back on what they need to proceed with my withdrawal, they said i should hear within 48 hours. At noon today will be the 48 hour mark, i sure hope they live up to their bargain. Definitely not a hour payout for me like some others, but i have to fax them forms since i didn't deposit through quicktender so i did expect a little more time. However hopefully i'll hear from them today and money will be in my quicktender account tomorrow. :D

Justy all you need to do is download the faxback form found on the website and send the usual docs, Id copy of CC and Utility bill. My advice is to send docs via email, contact Live support and they will tell you where to send them. However according to Live Support corporate will not be in the office till Jan 4 so I am not sure if anything will get approved before then.
In my experience waiting to hear from support before you send your docs always delays cashout time, being proactive is the ticket.

Yes i actually went ahead and did all that at about 12 pm this afternoon, low and behold as soon as they were sent through i heard from Joseph from security. He informed me that the documents look good and that they are sending them to Operations which will take 24-48 hours and then from there they will go to Ecomm for review/withdrawal. He said that ecomm usually takes 24-48 hours as well but from there it should be post to be paid.

Hopefully within 4 days i will see money in my quicktender account.

I like rusty saying they should be rouge because he lost. If that was the case there would actually be no Accredited casino's. I did actually cashout $1400 from a 400% bonus. I dont get a cashout on 400% bonus often. I posted here earlier that doc's were approved rather quickly. I am still waiting for wire.
 
I cashed out 2400 on the 400% deposit, like the previous poster, my docs were approved quickly and i am also waiting for my wire :)

I have now received 6 withdrawals all paid within 15 minutes most even quicker (instant or a few minutes). 5 via Moneybookers, 1 via Neteller.
Also I have made lots of deposits and still I get a 100% on every single one because of the locknload bonus. :thumbsup:

Just got off live chat with Lock and like normal they sit on the chat with me as long as i want. With the amount of time i sit talking to them they must really think im bored and have no life. The 400% bonus can be broken into 2 deposits..im going to try another 400% bonus. If i win on this one i will never play another RTG other Lock.

Hey, i was playing an assortment of slots, but it seemed i did the best on Texas Tycoon and Loose caboose. When i first started out i started by playing 1.00 bets, when i got up to about 400.00 i went to 2.50 bets. I hit a nice amount and it took me up to 900.00 and i thought hmm lets try 6.25 a bet and got a bonus on texas tycoon and won 1100 on the bonus. I played 6.25 from then on out til i got to 2500. It was 6 am in the morning by that point and i was tired so i went to sleep and came back the next day, spent down 100.00 (Wasn't really hitting anything after i came back from sleeping) So after i saw it seemed like the lucky streak had died out, i decided i'd cash out. 2400 was my final amount, still waiting for the wire on that btw. BMWSTACK, how long after you sent your security documents did you receive the email saying your wire had been sent? I sent my on thursday and am still waiting on that email :)

You are lucky Gokkie! I have a cashout request still pending from 1am on Jan 30th and it is still not processed. I cashout to Quicktender and this is my third cashout so my account if fully verified. I expect to get paid by Tuesday though.
 
security docs were approved in about 2 days and then i just recvd email wire was sent... so say about 4-5 days for email about wire...keep in mind all the holidays...but so far pretty painless...looking for wire today or tommorow
 
I'm still waiting on my wire, lock informed me they were waiting for a wire to show up in their quicktender account so they could wire it to mine and told me to look for the money to show up in my account on or around the 5th. So hopefully i'll see it in my account tomorrow.

So wait you mean to tell me they are waiting on a wire to their Quicktender account to send to your Quicktender account. Does that make any sense to anyone? I thought the casino was funded to immediately give you the funds. I never heard of that before.

Yes the casino does not have the funds to pay you so instead they a waiting for someone to deposit in order to pay you.
 
Justy may need to double check her info that she posted. I hate to assume anything, but i dont think not having the money is the issue. This group is part of a pretty big poker network, and thats why i started off with them even though they were new. So far my experience has been one of the best & easiest ive had with any other casino, and i do play at quite a number of casinos. Obviously my experience isnt complete yet because i havent confirmed my money yet. My withdrawal was bank wire. But if all goes well I will say it is the "best" experience.
 
Well I just checked the status of my withdrawal to Quick Tender and I made the cashout request at 1:00am on 12/30/09 so that is 5 days ago. Live support told me that due to the holidays they are having a problem funding the Quick Tender account since Quick Tender is closed. So in the meantime I am still waiting. Between that situation and my waiting for almost two weeks to fully cashout at Casino 33 I am very dissapointed. I never have any problems like this at Jackpot Capital, Casino Titan, Allstar Slots and Intertops casino.
 
Mine is the same scenario as osulles. Its not the fact that they don't have the money, it was because Quicktender was closed until the 4th. They said it should be in their account and be wired over to my account on or around the 5th, which would be today. I expect to see a wire transfer in my account today. I will update as soon as i find something out later today.

Yup that was the same answer I got from them very early this morning. The thing I got paid from Allstar Slots, 3Dice and Casino Titan and my account was credited right away over the weekend. I understood the problem to my their quicktender account is waiting to be funded and due to the holiday the wire would not be in their account until today and then they can fund the accounts ASAP. We will see, but in all fairness 6 days to be paid to Quick Tender and still no sign of getting paid is a little much to take. Live support says the issue is due to Lock being a new casino and it is in the process of working out these growing pains. Again we will see

Thanks for the extra info Justy. I will also post when I see the funds in my QT account. The whole point of me getting one of those accounts was to make the whole withdrawing winnings easier.
The fact that the payments are slow does not bother me a whole lot it is the idea that maybe the funds will not be paid at all and this relatively new casino will morph into a rogue casino. Thats why I worry. I had a couple of days delay with Jackpot Capital with a payment once and had no worries at all since I knew that money was coming to me one way or another. With Lock casino, I know I won the money but have no guarantee of being paid it so I will rest easy when I see payment made.

New casinos should be concerned with building player trust because that is the most important relationship between customer and casino. Lose that trust and the casino will have a very hard time gaining it back. Customers will then be very hesitant to deposit in the future. I posted my experience in the hopes that maybe the casino checks the threads and take all our bitching and moaning to heart and resolve to do better in the future. Who knows maybe even get on the accredited list? If only I had a crystal ball, but if that was the case, I would have played the winning lotto numbers last week and I would be sitting on the beach in Maui sipping a cocktail right now!
 
Okay just a very quick update. I should have my funds in Quick Tender by tommorrow at the latest. I also wanted to know if Lock Casino was going to see about getting accredited and according to live support they want to be so I guess that is some good news in all of this. At least if they are working towards accrediation that is a very good thing right?

It would be a goodwill gesture by lock casino to credit some free chips to players who have been waiting for QT payments - if they haven't done so already.

Even if they had sent money it would have made no difference. My withdrawal for the 29th was in quicktender the next Morning but I didn't get the funds into my bank account until today. The withdrawal for the 31st was just ordered yesterday so that should be in my account by Wednesday or Thursday. This was not Lock casino. You're exactly right when you say QT does what it wants bc it can
