We know and like the RTG software--it's fast--and it's not overexposed in the european markets. And it has a great back end.... it ain't cheap.

Just to clarify: our casino is HOSTED in Costa Rica, it sits on a server there in a fortress like complex wth redundant power, internet connections, guards with guns, etc.

We one day do plan on moving Buzzluck to a "white-listed" jurisdiction; but one or two massive expenses at a time please.

RTG software is one of the best - and it ain't cheap. Where are you getting your information?

Usually a local licence requirement - that probably doesn't apply to RTG which is in Costa Rica (unless it's a condition of their 'business' licence)

Some quick answers re: buzzluck.

Let's see... why no US? The near term obective for Buzzluck is to move into a whitelisted jurisdiction and conquer the world with our fairly radical take on what a supercasino is and does. Tough to do that with US players onboard, so no US for now.

I downloaded the software a few days ago, as many people seem to be praising this casino, but had nothing but problems!!!!

First, it wouldn't even load...this took a few days of tinkering and reinstalling to get that problem fixed.

Then, every time I tried to register my account, after pressing 'create' the software would freeze.

FINALLY this afternoon, I get the 'your account has been created, you may now log in' so I did....or I tried...refused to connect and I had to reboot.

Finally I can log in.

Then I go to the cashier to redeem the welcome coupon. Success.

Go back to lobby, to open a game. (Rudolph's Revenge). Again success.

One spin, two spin....you have been disconnected from the server

Okay. Log out...reboot, wait a few minutes.

Try logging in: 'You are not allowed to log in'

Contact live chat.

Apparently all those disconnection errors had allowed my account to be registered previously and now the system has two identical accounts for me.
