New Policy Change Procedure

Jinnia: and was hoping to cash out a little to see how that went, but that didn't happen.
I too would have been curious to see how slowly they paid you.
But, then again on the other hand, if they knew it was you, they may have paid you in a matter of minutes just to prove a point.
Though, I think we all would have seen threw that speedy payout.

....Our management has been poor on a lot of levels. Managers have been given a lot of freedom, within their respective casinos, and some very bad choices have been made in the past. I believe my boss has admitted to this while speaking with you as well. A lot of that has changed, and managers are being held responsible for their actions now. He has discussed all of this with you and it is all true. But, the basic fundamental rule of "follow casino rules" has not changed. We will not back down and say, "Oh, you're going to casinomeister?? Wait... wait… wait... We'll pay you!!!," when players have clearly disregarded the rules of the casino and used methods specifically listed as not allowed in the terms and conditions of each of our casinos.
...

I just want to catch up with this real quick, and then I'm done.

It's not the advantage players that don't follow the rules etc., that I'm concerned about. I deal with them as fairly as I have dealt with your casino group. What concerns me are the "slow pays" or "no pays". I have a long line of players who were promised by assorted managers certain amounts of payments to be made at regular intervals. Your casino group is the only group that regularly reneges on its deals or handles the payments in a totally inept manner.

I have one complaint that has been going on for two years (which you by the way I believe are fully aware of). This has to do with Cirrus and Cool Cat - the player is at his wits end and is still owed 25k. You guys don't answer his emails - he doesn't know where to turn. In fact he has nowhere to turn since you are operating unliscenced, unregulated casinos that pay players on a whim.

How are you servicing this industry by condoning these business ethics?

I'm done with this thread. If you want to talk about this more, you can meet me for a beer at the next conference.
