First off I am new here and new to internet gaming and or gambling period. I had never ever played a slot machine until 3 weeks ago.

I have had a weird at best problem with box24 and ruby royal. I made a deposit of $100.00 to box24 via echeck, payment cleared and I started playing I won over $2300.00 in a 24 hour period. I asked for a withdraw and sent in the document's that were needed. I was told it would take up to 48 hours to process.

Four days later it was still in the reverse mode. I reversed some of it to play again. Guess what? I lost first $250.00, then reversed again $250.00 lost again and this went on until I had nothing.

I then made a new deposit and could not win at all.

So now $3000.00 later I never got any payment and never hit another win...Really with $3000.00 I never won again, it was clear they were not going to let me when anything.

I basically had the exact same thing happen at Ruby Royal as well.

Yes I lost, and yes it is my fault but come on you can't play that much and not win one penny.

I will not play rival again.

Hello and sorry for your loss. But I think this is a typical situation. A new player is depositing and wins a good amount of money (more than he could expect). Reverse the withdrawal and loses everything.

I must say that it sounds a bit strange if you where betting $ 3000 and never won a single time? But of course, if you did bet $250 a spin, then it could have happened.

4 days and still in "reverse-mode" is to much. That is not good.

I did not explain well, I was not playing $250.00 a spin, I was only playing 0.75 cents a spin. I also was playing different games.

Oh and by the way they also after I won suspended my account because they said my phone number was invalid, which it was not and after I yelled at them they reinstated me. They were looking for a reason then not to pay.

I played at club world and won over 1,000.00 and high noon I have won 1,200.00 without losing it.

I am a very tight player and even in fun mode at box24 on instant play I cannot win again.

My husband watched this as I showed him this monkey business and he could not believe it either. It was as if they were controlling the machine. The slot would move on the last spin and then reverse itself to keep from free spins.

I never won anything again.

0.75 cents a spin, with the total of $ 3000 and not a single cent in winnings. Thats 4000 spins! I find it hard to believe that somebody would play and spin 4000 times without a cent in winnings. I dont call you a liar, I just find it hard to believe. Good luck :)

Hello, and welcome to the forum. If you choose to stick around long enough, there is a wealth of information here, covering every aspect of online gaming.

With that in mind, this is why it is called "gambling". Everyone here has experienced the same issues (maybe not with this certain casino), so you are not alone. Some friendly advice, some of the casinos will "flush" your withdrawal (meaning they make it so you can NOT be tempted to reverse it), all you have to do is ask in Live Chat. The 48 hrs for processing of docs is around the norm, once your docs are processed and okayed, you won't have to wait for this again.

If I'm remembering correctly, Box 24 is a non-white label Rival (one of the safer Rivals to play at) and I think once your docs are okayed, they pay out within 24 hrs. (You can PM Kasino King and ask him maybe? He's generally very helpful.)

The thing with gambling is you also need to use willpower to fight the "attraction/temptation" of doing the reverse withdrawal. The best gambers, at times, forget where the cashout button is located.

You may want to checkout the accredited section (these are not written in stone 100% problem free casinos, but if you DO end up having a problem, then CM/MaxD will do all they can to help you for legitimate issues).

Here is a link to the rogue section:

Yes, it is hard to believe I would be happy to get my history and share it with everyone. It happend and I just can't believe it either. I would only hit like maybe crazy wins such as .18 cents and or stuff like that, but never got ahead again.

I tried again last night in fun mode and pretended I was playing with $100.00 and lost $60.00 right away playing 0.75 cents a spin.

At high noon I started with $100.00 and worked my way up. I am not loose at all.

Oki, so you did win, but if the problem is that you did not "got ahead again", then the issue is different. If you deposit/play for $3000, then of course it is not guaranteed you will get a balance of + $3000 again. We have all had bad sessions :)

It is a shame you did not find us before you reversed your funds, otherwise, you would have been aware that it could take up to 10 days for approval if it was your first time withdrawing.

There are many threads on here stating the time frame on which Rival pays out. I have NEVER received funds in less than 48 hours from ANY Rival. I have received funds in less that 10 days most of the time except some do allow the weekends to draw it out even longer.

You should make yourself familiar with some of the information here so that you do not get frustrated with waiting on a withdrawal, and with knowing this, it would help you in not reversing your winnings from sheer frustration of the wait.

Welcome to the forum and welcome to the world of Reverse Withdrawals :(

A very expensive and valuable lesson, if you win do not be tempted to reverse your withdrawal. Once your docs have been approved, always ask Customer Services to flush your future withdrawals when made. Most decent casinos will do this for you ( Not all, but several ).

Finally do what I did when I had a big win at Roxy Palace a few years back ( Withdrawals there stay in a pending state for 48 hours and can't be flushed :( ). This was stay away from the internet for two days.

"...stay away from the internet for two days"

What kind of a tips is this, are you trying to kill us or something :D

I wish I had stayed away, far away...lol! Anyways I do take blame that I played after I saw this monkey business.

My screen kept saying that the program was trying to resync. iself and this went on for hours. The darn slot would magically stop and roll itself back up.

Anyways It is my fault, and I take the blame here. But I know without one shadow of doubt in my head that they were in full controll of my losing.

It was obvious and I have played at Club World and High Noon without a problem as of yet. I think I am going to try English Harbour.

Any advice would be helpful.

Hi, welcome to the forum:thumbsup: As my esteemed colleagues have mentioned there is a wealth of info on this site...all the good, the bad and some of the uglies out there! I play (or did play) a lot on Rival software. I've had some of my largest wins on $1 a spin on Scary Rich 2, however, on the other hand I've been taken to the cleaners. Most all Rival games are VERY high variance. Several months back I was up $2900 at a Rival and could only cashout 2K so I had $900 sitting there waiting to be played:D. I played it all on Scary Rich at $1 a spin. Almost at the end I hit $800+ and was back to $900. Did I quit? No....I did it again and lost it. The point is you can do this at Rival very easily. Sorry it happened but it is the nature of the beast (and that software) Good luck in the future!

Think it sucks that some casinos refuse to flush or have long wait periods on pending withdraws just to temp the player to reverse. When I started gaming online yonks ago I was forever reversing and hardly won a thing. It took some practice but these days come hell or fire I hardly ever reverse. No matter what the amount is! And casinos that do flush on request get the bulk of play and deposits. Self discipline is needed - never ever reverse!

Sorry you played it all back but next time ... hope it goes better for you

p.s Rivals do suck big time. As others said most games High var and Rival casinos are littered with rouges n bandits. In my view The rival set up is a utter disgace on the casino industry

THIS is the UNUSUAL part, the rest of the tale is "normal".

Had you NOT lost it all back, there would have been a number of ways to press the issue. Since they cited an invalid phone number, you would just have to show this was NOT the case in order to back Box24 into a corner. As a non white label, they would probably have listened, and made payment. They do NOT want to find themselves listed here in the same category as the Rival white label operations.

Of all the Rival casinos, there are only FOUR that are NOT one of these white label operations.

Welcome and congrats on your wins!
Their are some good ones out there, however in my opinion there are far more bad ones and some of them somehow make it on the good list!
I believe you 200%! You should follow your intuition and what you know is NOT right!
Some of the operators(if not all) do have the ability to tweek your gaming session as you play! Just stay AWAY from the ones you know are CHEATING and play where you get the feeling that you are getting a fair game!

When you win, DON'T reverse. Find anything else fun in your life that you like to do to take your mind off of gambling until your withdrawal has cleared!

Get all the information you can from this forum so that you don't come into online gambling blind!

Have fun, keep winning:D

Hi

Let me apologize for the Echeck confusion. This processing method has its advantages and disadvantages of course.

Unfortunately, the Echeck process - in terms of funds being cleared - can take quite some time.

Withdrawals cannot be processed until deposits have 100% cleared as to avoid funds being returned.

This would happen with every casino you played at regarding Echeck.

Please pass me your username so I can give you the necessary updates.

Thanks

i think she just means she did not win rather than not a single payout on all these spins. however, rival slots have tightened up very much in recent months. the rtp for slots like cleo's coins or metal detector are ver close to 70% and that really is something for these low varisance slots. forget scary rich unless u are a glutton for punishment. it takes forever to get the feature and at most only 1 dracula appears during any of the free spins. without any solid proof, i venture to say the slots have been tampered with. luckily, my play came mostly from free chips so no losses for me.

She wrote it as she never won on a single spin.

It is quite clear that people can`t expect to "win" (get ahead ) only because they play for $3000. This is not a case at all.
