I am new here. Searched some info on the net about Lucky Hill Casino and found a link to this site.
Love to Play roulette! Ussually at Unibet or Party casino. A few weeks ago i tried to play at another casino, Lucky Hill.
When i signed up they gave me 20 free. Made 50 with it and asked for withdrawel. They said i had to do at least on deposit of 20 so i did.
Then i want to withdraw the total of 70. They say on the site (using neteller) that in 24 hours the amount will be withdrawn from mycasino balance. A few days later the amount of 70 was still in my casino balance. I send multiple emails before i got a answer. Asking for my documents. So i send a copy of my ID and some other things. A few days and emails later they finally say:
Thank you for submitting your documents for verification, your account has been successfully verified.
Your repeated withdrawal request is going to be processed by our financial department"
A few days later my balance in my account was still €70,- So i decided to play with it. Lost it al! Then i made a deposit of 100 cause i wanted the 20 (i deposit earlier) back.
I made €1000,- with it and again, asked for withdraw. I only got a email of them asking for my ID again while more than a week ago they already said my account was fully verified. Send it again, just in case.
That was the last i heard from them (may 2). Do i have to worry about my money? Is it to soon to start complaining?
Ive never had this before. Unibet and Party are always paying fast and will answer emails correct and right away.
Does anybody know this casino?
