New CM ticket system

I can officially confirm the new ticket system works for us players....

Submitted a test ticket to see cause it wasn't working before. Works now. THey will hate me but I can confirmit works Where is my devil emoji when i need him

When was it not working? We're receiving more PABs than ever. Hadn't noticed a decrease any time recently.

Not really PAB just the ticket system. Priorly I had two separate things at top of my screen one. Submit complaint and tickets which on my screen and in my head are separate things

when you file a PAB youre given a ticket and put into a queue
(as I understand it - ive never filed a PAB)
