Hi!

Today i had an email offer from WildSlots (100% welcome back Bonus) to try the new website.

Now i have read in the bonus terms that is a "max bet per spin" of 2,49€ if you make the deposit via NETeller or Skrill !!!
I don't know about such NEW RULES in online casinos. You?
Normally in the most casinos is 5,00€ max bet per spin, correct? But 2,49€ ...

And another that i don't understand:
Point 3.) The slot games: Cloud Quest, Tower Quest & Pearls of India are restricted games. (Your winnings can be confiscated.)
Point 6.) Cloud Quest, Tower Quest counts 10% for wagering??? (If the games are not allowed to play?)

Has anybody here read such rules before?

Be careful with Bonuses!
It is  crucial  that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of any bonus that you accept. Most of the complaints that come through our arbitration service are bonus related; it would be safe to say that there are tens of thousands of players who have never complained because they realized after the fact that they did not understand or had never read the terms. Nothing in a casino is free – so whenever you see “free” being used, there are stipulations. It is important for you to understand that.

Please check out our Bonus Section that lists the offers given by our Accredited Casinos. No deposit bonuses, welcome bonuses (AKA sign up bonuses [SUBs]), exclusive bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin bonuses...all this and more!

Hi Paimonah,

We have a similar rule (ours is lower at €2 per spin for e-wallets).

This was put in place to combat high levels of bonus fraud using e-wallet deposits. I can't give details, but it's a problem affecting many casinos in the industry.

A lot of casinos have removed the ability to claim bonuses using e-wallet deposits, others have taken similar measures as us and reduced the maximum bet allowed. I will admit, it's a strange one at €2.49 - quite specific, but I would assume they implemented it for the same reason we did. Frustrating for genuine players like yourself but at the moment there is little alternative for many of us,

Rachel.

Ty for your fast answer.

Yes, i know. Deposits with NETeller or Skrill are not allowed to claim a bonus or play from germany. (In many casinos, but not all.)

If i can't make deposits via NETeller or skrill, ... than i can't be a customer there.
I don't like banktransfers ^^

And for the other question for the "restricted" games?
Anybody an idea?

Hi!

The games you mention have actually been removed from the site, for now. Ideally, we would like to just make them non-playable with bonus funds but until that has been implemented technically, we decided to remove them altogether. These particular games are designed in a way that makes them vulnerable for play with bonuses. There is more in-depth information about this in other threads.

Best,
Eric

How can anyone take advantage of cloud quest

Hey Eric, whilst your about....

I've being playing quite a lot lately at WS, CL and Next and have to clear something up please.

What exactly are the wagering requirements these days and what do the slot games contribute %age wise please?

I felt like I was trying to climb Mount Everest, Blindfolded, naked and on one leg beating recent WR

Glad I have no "horse in this race"

Curious about the limitations on e-wallet deposits......... I don't understand that

at all.

What difference does it make where the deposit comes from?

Use an e-wallet and you get no bonuses and a max bet to boot?

Who would even want to play at those sites?

It is a shame how the criminal element have ruined e-wallet usage. Obviously due to their 'wham bam thankyou ma'm' ease of use, with near-instant withdrawals and the like...

I'd imagine e-wallet abuse must be a pain for casinos for sure, just a shame these punks limit our casino experience with their shenanigans

ME not!
I'm out for this

I only want to play where i can have fun ... but with SUCH rules ... :-(

I also don't get it why Neteller and Skrill? Players withdrawing funds to these wallets must verify their identity first, so what can go wrong? I am able to deposit at Guts and take a reload bonus (granted I am a long-standing depositor), and I always use Neteller, but as far as I know first signups can still take the welcome bonus if they deposit using Neteller - I did too in the beginning.

But I understand no further clarification can be provided by the reps. Too bad.
