Hello everyone, I'm new here!! :)

I started playing on 32red and had a lot of fun, even got a few hundred ahead! :) Good ole Video Poker! Won a joker royal flush!

My only concern is that I hate keeping credit card details on an account. I had to contact customer service, they told me I must have them add on the card manually after it's been removed. This is not a problem, and their customer support is top notch! As a prior "Poker Player", I always had the option on Stars, and other sites to not save my credit details.

Can anyone recommend another Casino which provides this option? I don't want to ask customer service to re-add my card each time.

Thank you! :)

I could use a pre-paid, but I've only known of CC withdrawals though...? Unless they mail cheques or something. I would also never add my bank account online either.

Oh ok, sounds good. I'll look at another casino, I've seen my fair share of issues with Moneybrookers freezing accounts.

Thanks for the quick response, appreciate that!

EDIT: Sorry, I'm new to the whole online casino thing, so my trust isn't 100% yet. :)

I chatted with support at 32Red, so I'm keeping my card on the account. Very good customer service. :)

Now off to play some Thunderstruck II and Video Poker!

I doubt any online casino has your CC details in "open" form, i.e. full card number and other details. At least until they fully comply with PCI-DSS standards. In all other ways they must have them only in encrypted way (checksum), and only see first 6 and last 4 digits of it. Like 456785****1234

That's the problem, no way for the OP to know. It's like using an ATM here in the U.S., the user doesn't know if the keypad is PCI compliant without opening the machine and looking at the back of the ATM keypad, of course they don't have access to that. ;)

Thanks for all the replies! :) I've just been a bit worried because I had another card I haven't used in over a year get stolen online, and I only ever used it for iTunes!

Dunno. Having Skrill, I've never had need of any other e-wallets

Opened an account with 32Red today for the poker tournament and I plan to play there next. I'll use prepaid Visa but I was wondering if you need to deposit via Skrill first prior to make your first withdrawal? Also, how is the verification process if you only use a prepaid card?

I only use prepaids, unless I happen to have Skrill funds.
Generally speaking, you need to DEPOSIT with Skrill before WITHDRAWING with Skrill but maybe half my casinos allow me to WD this way without the Skrill deposit; just talk to a manager and explain how the vanillas arent reloadable.
For docs with 32Red and any other casino (those that ask for any), I use my Health card and utility bill.

I'd go with MC; the Visa always nicks you a buck or two, but the MC is buck for buck

Pre-paid mastercards work for gaming? I know my other ones will not allow deposits on gambling sites.

I ONLY use prepaid MCs (unless i happen to have funds in my skrill acct) and they work fine everywhere, at least the vanilla mastercards do
