I was looking at this today, it seems to be one of the most "EXTREME VIP" programs I have ever seen, absolutely crazy.

To just get silver some people would have to put through there whole years worth of income. I don't consider myself a "low Roller" but sheesh the amounts seem crazy. Thank god most casinos do not think like this!!

BTW: I am aiming for Diamond

*whistle*

Diamond VIP must be a crazy one. Imagine having that much cash flow as an individual.

Lord. I have trouble imagining being able to actually transfer that much money.

Well., I can pray. :p

I got that email today also.

I was a Neteller VIP before the change and had the FX fee of 1.5% and the VIP chat feature and now to get that you have to be Gold VIP.

It was nice of them to upgrade me to gold (which has no extra benefit of what my old VIP level had anyway), and to stay on it I now only have to spend $105,000US p/a.
Dear Laura,

We have some exciting news – we have just reinvented our VIP program and you're now a NETELLER Gold VIP! Although you do not currently meet the activity standards for our Gold level, we wanted to get you started with these added benefits as a show of appreciation for your history with us.

With features like free withdrawals, flexible transaction limits and access to our new VIP-exclusive help chat, there's plenty to be excited about as a Gold VIP member. Plus, if you transfer 105,000 USD* or more by the end of 2012, you'll remain at Gold VIP status in 2013.

Bump...

I have not used Ewallets in the past very much. I recently started using Neteller...

I am enrolled in the Rewards Program because I claim cash back regularly. My account says *Basic* and i have tried calling and emailing the Neteller crew and keep getting told I need to read the VIP page (They aren't very helpful)

Does anyone have ANY clue how do I get upgraded... I have almost certainly passed their requirement for Gold and I'm nearing Platinum but I have not even received an email or upgrade notification... When I send the VIP / Support team emails, I never get a reply. Heck I do not even know what Loyalty level I am on... Could be 9 karat plastic for all I know... :p

Any advice?

Nate

I cannot understand this much money for ewallet! I can only guess perhaps big sports betters move money in and out of account many times a day? Maybe, but still that is more money than I understand. I am jealous:eek:

I was put on gold, and am on target to hit platinum later this year. Diamond? no chance. I suspect diamond is for the really big players, possibly high stakes poker on more than one network. They would be moving significant bankrolls between networks, chasing the best high stakes games and tournaments. A few high rolling casino players may also manage to qualify. Winning Mega Moolah, and putting it through Neteller should also be a fast way to convince them you need an upgrade to diamond.

For most, silver is the only realistic target, with a few making gold if they do well.

I had a talk with Neteller VIP last week, and was told I was still $50,000 short of platinum. This is despite this being an exceptional year of big payouts and moving this money through Neteller.

I did bring up the point about the lack of information about where you are in relation to the next VIP level, and next year it will be a case of how close you are to retaining the one you already have. The increase in benefit between platinum and diamond is negligible, whereas gold to platinum adds the remaining benefits, including a dedicated VIP manager, which by exception I have been granted whilst still $50,000 short.

I expressed my hope to him that my reward points would not suddenly vanish without notice one week if I saved them up for the top exchanges, which is what happened to my very large pot of Netpoints. The best I could get is a promise that customers WOULD be notified in advance of a discontinuation of the scheme, and that currently, it is not planned to run only for a set period of time.
