Hi,
Yesterday I transferred to my Globe Wallet Card.
When it was not credited by their last batch time (2:30pm Calgary time) I contacted VIP support.
I was told I just missed the cut off point and I would have to wait another 14 hours before the funds would be transferred to the Globe Card.
I wake today at (2pm Calgary time) check account and it's still not there.
Phone Neteller and am told they've had an issue with the batch files and that no account has been credited money to Globe Wallet today.
Also told that their tech team is working on this issue.
Just phoned again and demanded a Yes (my money will be credited to the card today) or a No it will not.
I'm then told that it's not the database issue on Netleller's side.
The problem that I was told WAS the problem...
They now tell me that MasterCard (nothing to do with Globe Wallet)
performed an unscheduled server maintenance and the Neteller Globe Wallet batch is now sitting in limbo.
I've now been told it should be rectified in 24 hours.
This is happening too many times and I'm starting to question if these are legitimate.
Since the release of the Neteller Plus+ Card transactions to my Globe Wallet card have been met with many issues.
All of which affect my means of withdrawing my money.
Each time I phone about this issue I'm given the usual Plus + Card sell.
Now I'm a reasonable guy and I understand things go down from time to time. But the number of issues I've had since Neteller has been obviously trying to phase out the Globe Wallet cards is just a joke
I'm convinced that this is just another stall ploy to get people like myself to switch to the Neteller Plus+ Card.
Anyone else having issues with their transfer of funds to the Globe Wallet Card?
