Neteller bugging out once again?.

Not to sure where to make this thread but at least it will get some response here, long story short, I made a withdrawal from Ladbrokes around 11:00, as they express in their FAQ`s it can take (but never has done) upto 6 hours to hit your Neteller account, so I ring them at 17:30, and inquire on my withdrawal, to which I am reliably informed this will be looked into, I then have to pop out for a good few hours, I return around 20:00, check my Neteller account and still no joy, I ring Ladbrokes again and i`m told that my withdrawal came back to Ladbrokes and they made another withdrawal on my behalf.

So, has anyone else encountered this today?, I have received absolutely no forewarning from Neteller`s whatsoever concerning maintenance or obligatory f&^k up`s on their behalf, so at this moment in time i`m a tad concerned, if it were any other casino bar Ladbrokes I would have other concerns, but i`m safe in the knowledge that any casino I use nowadays are 100% kosher.

A few times in the past I have had withdraws declined. It was always a glitch on netellers side. PITA but it does happen. I wouldnt stress to much though as Lads pay up always and usually fast.

There's something going wrong at Neteller and it is becoming more alarming to me as it persists.

There are far too many times when transactions cannot be carried out because Neteller is allegedly "experiencing technical problems."

This has been going on for some time now and it's getting old.

Surely a "technical problem", or even a series of technical problems, can't go on indefinitely?

Judging by my last phone calls to both Neteller and Ladbrokes, i`m going to put this fiasco down to Ladbrokes, they have told me that once again it bounced back to them (3rd attempt now), however there are no entries in my transactions history since the 13th at 17:38, and Neteller have no corresponding data whatsoever that my withdrawal has now bounced twice, and is currently in limbo awaiting the 3rd, and there is no transaction ID from Ladbrokes end for Neteller to try and trace it with, even though they are confidently telling me that at 06:07:45 this morning it was finally tagged as successful their end, which IMHO should have a transaction ID and show up in my transaction history, it has failed to do either!!!!!!!!!!!.

hi had the same problem with jackpotjoy withdrawal last year bounced 4 times neither would say that they was at fault this went on for about a week in the end i had sent back into my bank account . they did offer a transaction number but its useless as it was for there department, not the transaction id for a trace to neteller since then theyve sorted it although theyve told me the problem has been fixed im yet to make a withdrawal to test to wether it has been .still neither has come forward to say its was there end

On it`s 3rd return to Ladbrokes I managed to catch it before it went back and thought wtf, and started to play with it, I ended up with £250 more, made a fresh withdrawal and this time it went through np`s \o/.

On a footnote - Here we have an accredited casino and an E-wallet both blaming each other for the missing cash, good casinos can go bad, E-wallets also, Neteller have at least 1 blotch on their records, Moneybooker`s returned cash from peoples accounts without permission (Betfair), and more recently the EWX fiasco.

No matter what, we are trusting people/companies whom we have never met with 1000`s of pounds of our cash, and we`ve all seen what becomes of a tried and tested company when it goes tits up for them :eek2:

Anyway`s thx for your replies guys
