Is there any way i can actually get my winnings legally. Do i have to go to court? When you email them even about a complaint you get a generic email saying it's being looked into. What can we do surely this is a breach of there license. Thanks for getting back to me.

Ask them for a final response to your complaint then go to the ADR first.
