So before I post this I just want to say I am on gamstop and yes what I did was extremely stupid and foolish and dumb believe me I know.

I deposited 3 separate transactions 3 nights ago on Royal Oak Casino again before doing my research I know very stupid I wish I hadn't done it.

These amounts were £60, £130 and £240 money I can't afford to loose :( I managed to get my my balance to £580 on my last bit of cash so I was up around 150 so nothing crazy. I email all my details across all the relevant Id they asked for, IBan, I'd bank statements and utility bill I have had one email asking for another picture of bank statements which I've sent and hadn't had a response this was over 48 hours ago and haven't had a respond since. I've studied there website there's no phone number or live chat to be found at all only an email. Also now I've done my research round pretty bad reviews on them sadly as well as a few on here. Do I realistically have any chance of getting my money back . ;(

Again I know how stupid I have been.

Casinomeister hosts the official Rogue Casino site - coining the phrase in the year 2000
Your best chance, if any, is chargeback potentially. (there is another thread against Red Lion Casino, you can have a read)
I would take it as lesson and don't play at none regulated casinos, I get the urge. But it just costs you more emotionally than that high of spinning.

Hi @Charlie45690 welcome to Casinomeister. I have not heard of this casino before, but it does look like a bog standard rogue casino I am afraid. At the footer of the home page it even includes links to rogue affiliate sites that actively target problem gamblers and a myriad of 'non gamstop' related terms.

I am guessing your chances of getting your withdrawal are slim to none. I am with CasinoNinja on this one.......

Contact your bank and tell them you are a victim of fraud. It is illegal for these casinos to be taking your bets - and you didn't know. You thought they were legit.

Also file a complaint with the UKGC. Tell them that if they would have started a public service announcement about these sites, you would have known not to play there.

This site is linked to another terrible fraudulent casino, SlotsNbets - AVOID THEM BOTH!

Both offer a full catalogue of stolen slots on a fake server.

Will that actually work ie contacting their bank telling them they have been a victim of fraud ?

Hi , how did you get on ? Did you contact your bank at all ?

Royal Oak Casino is linked to SlotsNBets, Lady Linda Casino and DivasLuck Casino, all who are linked to the people behind LeoMonaco and other dodgy online casinos like PlayatHarrys and 24Monaco. They have used pirated (and thus very likely rigged) games and use sketchy websites to disguise gambling transactions.

Red Lion, Royal Oak, Slots n Bets, Lady Diva, PlayatHarrys, 24Monaco and Divas Luck are all linked. They need taking down.

Hello my friend first of all don't beat yourself up about it we've all done it regarding yourself exclusion right it's as simple as this if you deposit say £50 while self- excluded and say you win 1500 pounds straight away they were not pay you this but we'll refund your £50 deposit this is what I would personally do and I haven't been refused yet Touchwood.

The payments you deposited to your casino go ring your bank and say you wish to make a charge back for the deposits state the deposit amount then say to them evidence the ground evidence you wish to submit supporting your chargeback he's purely because you currently have an active self exclusion regarding online casino gambling send them proof of the active exclusion state to them you have tried contact but no response and also state as an added extra evidence casinos when players log in have customers IP addresses now merchants will try to use and say and try to pass responsibility and say you need to contact ganstop and ask gangstop to include us in your email and for them to send reference number of self-exclusion now this is the tricky part

When you self excluded did you do this through the gambling Merchant of the casino or did you do with GameStop reason being is all gambling merchants registered by United Kingdom gambling commission in their licence they have conditioned regarding self exclusion and part of their licence is being a member of GameStop now I will explain how merchant try to get out of,

When gambling refunds re self-exclusion, merchants will say you need to send an email to gamstop and to enclose their email and ask for self-exclusion reference number dates etc etc,

Meaning

When players make a self exclusion with the casino they don't tell you then to contact GameStop hence being if you didn't when you try contact them they will have no reference and they say well they're not entitled to refund you but this is where they are wrong
It is a gambling merchants responsibility when a player self excludes it is for the gambling merchant to notify GameStop under the licensed duties as you will find and this is proof now they don't do it they just say technical issue and you managed to tweet through the Block all total Total but if I was you ring your bank go down the chargeback route you will get every single penny deposited back make sure you do it for all casinos that this has happened to you and you'll get all your money back with your deposit 100% good luck

Mate, you're wasting your time replying to a thread that is nearly 3 years old.
The original poster is long gone.

I hope you stick around though as you seem to have some excellent knowledge!
