I joined lucky red which is part of the club world group a long time ago. I only started depositing there in the past few weeks but i have been a depositing player for years at club world, all star, manhattan and now buzzcrap. I haven't had any trouble with them for a while and actually I felt like they were doing great work! I even posted about how well they were doing a while back.

I recently did a promo which gives you a $25 chip at lucky red for depositing at buzz luck. I'm sure some of you did this as well. Anyway, last Tuesday when the chip was dispersed, I made play through and had a nice little withdrawal. I requested cash out and began waiting, wondering if this would be the dreaded club world curse withdrawal.

I also sent them an email once I met withdrawal requirements stating that I had already been approved in other club world casinos. Here is their response:

Hello Xxxx,
Thank you for contacting customer support,

*I have added a note to your casino account, that your documents have been approved in CWC so the cashier will see this when he checks out your withdrawal,

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or queries.

*Kind Regards

Jon

To me, this seems like I should be able to withdrawal without problems.

As wednesday, then thursday came around and that withdrawal sat there untouched by Natasha, the cashier, I sent in an email asking if she could just PROCESS my withdrawal. Only then on friday, the day before club world stops working, did Natasha finally offer up an email asking for copies of cards that I've used in the past.

Why she didn't do this from the start I have no idea, probably a stall tactic.

Now, this wouldn't be a problem except for the fact that this same cashier, Natasha, has already processed withdrawals from deposits made with this card. In addition she's asking for a card that was used a long time ago that I don't even have any more. I have been a registered member of club world for many years and have been certified for withdrawals for just as long.

Natasha, as club world cashier, why is it that there are constant delays with withdrawals? Why is it that you never know if your withdrawal will take a day, or a week? Why do you do things like process a withdrawal with a card one day, then suddenly ask for a copy of that card the next? I understand the need for security, but why ask for a copy of a credit card if you've already processed withdrawals from that card?

I feel like Tom needs to have a chat with his cashiers and help them understand the need to avoid stupid stall tactics like this. I f,or one know I am going to be taking a break from playing at the club world group and go elsewhere. Natasha could have avoided this by just processing a withdrawal on time.

CANADAMAN99,

I feel for you! I can't tell you how many times I have been through the same thing. It seems with

CWC group withdrawals, some days you get lucky, most days you don't. The main good thing is that

they DO pay. You may feel there are way too many hurdles and hoops, but it will get there.

"Some days, you are the dog..... some days, you are the tree".............. today, you are the tree....

you feel like you are getting p*ssed on!

Yeah I know, and I know that about this group. The thing that irks me is that there's no regularity. For example some CWC support will comp you while you have a withdrawal pending and others wont. Sometimes there is a daily VIP bonus, sometimes there's not, sometimes the cashiers do their job, others they di the absolute opposite. Support doesn't know what each other are doing and the cashier has no clue at all!

I should have received an email the next business day asking for those cards. Tom is a smart businessman IMO, why is this such a hard concept for he and his team to get? KEEP THE PLAYER INFORMED. Instead the cashier purposely waits until right before the weekend to actually do her job. Just pisses me off.

In addition she's asking for a card that was used a long time ago that I don't even have any more. I have been a registered member of club world for many years and have been certified for withdrawals for just as long.
This is exactly why I had to close all my accounts in that group. All of a sudden, they needed copy of cards that I used years ago and, in addition, copies of gift cards. When I tried to explain, they send me email saying something like "unfortunately, we will need all CC copies on file".
I don't think its right and seems like a tactic to extend withdrawal time.

I agree this is stupid but doubt whether its a stalling tactic. Given that the max cashout is only 250 they wouldnt stall on that would they? Nevertheless, they need to get these stupid things sorted out otherwise it will alienate their long-term customers.

Right, this was my first thought, they wouldn't do that for a measly $125 would they?
It comes down to pure laziness by their team IMO. My last 2 withdrawals I've personally sent Tom a message asking that he see the withdrawal through. Both were taken care of very promptly. This time I let the cashier try and handle it, without involving Tom,and of course they mess it up.

As someone else mentioned on a recent thread, all is fine when Tom is involved, once he turns his back, things go downhill.
