I joined lucky red which is part of the club world group a long time ago. I only started depositing there in the past few weeks but i have been a depositing player for years at club world, all star, manhattan and now buzzcrap. I haven't had any trouble with them for a while and actually I felt like they were doing great work! I even posted about how well they were doing a while back.
I recently did a promo which gives you a $25 chip at lucky red for depositing at buzz luck. I'm sure some of you did this as well. Anyway, last Tuesday when the chip was dispersed, I made play through and had a nice little withdrawal. I requested cash out and began waiting, wondering if this would be the dreaded club world curse withdrawal.
I also sent them an email once I met withdrawal requirements stating that I had already been approved in other club world casinos. Here is their response:

To me, this seems like I should be able to withdrawal without problems.
As wednesday, then thursday came around and that withdrawal sat there untouched by Natasha, the cashier, I sent in an email asking if she could just PROCESS my withdrawal. Only then on friday, the day before club world stops working, did Natasha finally offer up an email asking for copies of cards that I've used in the past.
Why she didn't do this from the start I have no idea, probably a stall tactic.
Now, this wouldn't be a problem except for the fact that this same cashier, Natasha, has already processed withdrawals from deposits made with this card. In addition she's asking for a card that was used a long time ago that I don't even have any more. I have been a registered member of club world for many years and have been certified for withdrawals for just as long.
Natasha, as club world cashier, why is it that there are constant delays with withdrawals? Why is it that you never know if your withdrawal will take a day, or a week? Why do you do things like process a withdrawal with a card one day, then suddenly ask for a copy of that card the next? I understand the need for security, but why ask for a copy of a credit card if you've already processed withdrawals from that card?
I feel like Tom needs to have a chat with his cashiers and help them understand the need to avoid stupid stall tactics like this. I f,or one know I am going to be taking a break from playing at the club world group and go elsewhere. Natasha could have avoided this by just processing a withdrawal on time.
