N1 Casino: the haters gonna hate

Apart from my dislike of the above email sent by almost every N1 brand casino I have nothing against N1 brand and N1 casino in specific as I know a lot of people who've had great relationship with this group.
I dont understand why you should hate on a casino because it was promoted by a guy that a lot of us dislike. Yes he played with fake money and the casino gave him a deal. Casinos confiscate money when players break terms and if @chrisjorg121 you think N1 was wrong in taking money from those 5 players would like to know about the case.
Regarding the casino advertisements with the hat guy which a lot of you think is unprofessional do you guys also have similar hate against Redbull for not giving you wings?

Nothing, other then hoping that players give up, and they don't have to pay their consumers. If 5 out of 10 "fall" for it and give up it's 5 times not paid out.





Here's the video, where he goes from real to demo mode. His balance is virtual the same in Demo mode. How the f is that even possible. Exactly because of that i'd skip or avoid N1 group in it's total for that one alone. Roshtein loses his act after that, knowing he screwed up.


There is an earlier video (which I cannot be bothered to look for) where he screws up a lot worse than that, similar story (real/demo) but blunders trying to cover it up live on stream.

How anyone followed him or believed a word he said after that is beyond me, it was so blatant.

Beyond what is stated in the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures there is no filtering. If you want to make such accusations you had better be prepared to back it up with proof. Otherwise you're just being a troll and trolls get tossed under the bus at the earliest opportunity.

As to your credentials: congratulations, I would assume then that in the process of defending your PhD you would have learned that you if you are going to posit a case against something you need to cite reliable evidence and defend your hypothesis. All you've done so far is say "some dudes somewhere on the web had complaints about N1". If that's how you defended your PhD then I'd have to question which brand of bubble gum awarded you your advanced degree.

Just to be clear: you are attacking us now because we rejected your PAB. And why did we reject your PAB? Was it because you said you'd already taken your case to the Danish Police which has always been grounds for us to reject any PAB because obviously such matters have already gone beyond arbitration? I told you it was and now you've chosen to go on the attack.

We're not your enemy and I've already offered to help you with an issue __not__ already in the hands of law enforcement at some point in the future. Trying to make us out to be the bad guy here is pointless. At this point you're merely venting your frustrations and your unsubstantiated accusations are jeopardizing your continued membership on these forums.

Again, no proof. When there is proof we'll take action on it. Until then you guys are barking up the wrong tree.

AFTR, I said "systemic" problems, meaning "of or relating to a system, especially when affecting the entirety of a thing". The claims have been that N1 is corrupt and cheating players. Our evidence and experience does not support those claims, not even remotely. Hence my statement.

They're blatantly in violation of EU law. I have written to my MEP requesting the be investigated at the EU level and hopefully shut down. Max will be very upset, his second gig will be shut down.

I am going to quote this for you: "My friend verified with MGA directly and they replied that to request SOW there must be at least 20,000$ in deposits otherwise it is clearly fraud attempt. Correct me if im wrong but even if so all N1 casinos are abusing the SOW terms for any amount to try and stall every payments from literally everyone. I cannot touch any of them anymore since Paradise casino went full out bullshit on me for 30$ deposit and same for my friends. Is this group trying to get rid of all their customers or what? That fraud as to stop it's a large scale fraudulent scheme now."

N1 did a mistake by going with hat guy for promotion and I get that part but people need to get over it.
 
It's EVIDENT no one can supply formal proofs. Have you dealt with N1? I could not even get to talk to a manager. I requested 100 times a civil conversation and NOTHING. Max, stop taking the players for granted. Over at Reddit/Ask that's unfortunately what they're saying about you. No one here is complaining without very fair grounds. But you're acting as if we somehow will sit in with a formal investigation. I intend to get N1 shut down myself if I have to do so, as they're in violation of EU law.

N1 pissed on me and the rest of its customer base, this is evident. Max just plays devil's advocate. If he had even the remotest interest in siding with players he would listen to us.

I did some research on your case which you posted on another forum. I am wondering why you haven't replied to them. I know you will lose your case over there as well.

I literarily begged N1 for a consultation, they fobbed me off for days, but that is my fault. Logic of this board.

Let's apply a version of the Turing test to these casino reps.
If you haven't done the following your opinion here carries no weight, and you are a mere shill:

(1) Opened an account with N1
(2) Played with N1
(3) Successfully withdrawn with N1 multiple times thru their unlawful stops
(4) Experienced the abusive support system

Then still have the views you have. I forgot, none of you have.

Casino reps and staff here take both sides, trust me, I have been around these message boards long enough and played online since 2003.

There are genuine players who end up in situations through no fault of their own and have adhered to the terms of casino etc who when presenting their personal circumstances along with factual information will end up with what they rightly deserve.

There are also trolls, liars, "try it ons", advantage players, the list goes on (not saying you or anyone for that matter fall into this category) and this is why staff here, reps, casino owners have to tread carefully before proceeding and not simply give us what we want without question.

I do have my doubts (not getting into it) over the recent industry in general but as far as CM based correspondence goes, I do have faith that the right thing will always be done.

Bry and Max have been around the the block so many times it's a veritable marathon.
Is every casino stellar? Of course not, but staff and membesr here are using info at hand and there's polite, smart ways to go about things.
 
You know N1 won't change. They keep doing what they do, as usual practice and business. The flow of players drip out over time and new blood has to be brought in. It's the way it works and always has bin. I'd think twice before even allowing N1 back on any platform for promotion unless they change something very vital, and that's screwing their players who attempt to cashout or bombed with unheard or extremely unusual verification process. Like almost desgned to make or let players give up and forfeit their winnings. Winnings not paid out is PROFIT.

If someone is under that master license i understood that that casino has to pay a percentage and thus less profit. Now if you start cutting on players payouts you actually make some money. It's dirty but there's no dog barking in curacao who ever taps them on the hand like a normal legislator would do and enforce players are threated accordingly.

One time I won 50k on a N1 casino named Spinia, mind you that I lost 20k the previous day after another big win that day. They didn’t want to process my 70k withdrawal immediately. Even when I told them I wanted to stop gambling for a while and enjoy my winnings. I had like 70k in my account, the vip manager told me it wasn’t possible and I should gamble more to get a higher vip level and then it would be possible. Such a dirty way.
Oh I forgot, we have no evidence of N1 wrongdoing. Pikachu shocked face!
