Lottomart has one of the very best crews in the business

Cheers, Mark.

I know it's a minefield with responsible gambling, etc and I honestly get where the casino is coming from if they have tick boxes and obligations to comply with. However, if a player actively uses deposit limits, time outs, takes a break for 6 months etc then from my perspective that is being responsible and using those tools to moderate their gambling effectively. Naturally I was a bit shocked to be told my account is permanently closed by a management decision for using those tools! I have had times when I know funds may be tight for a while so I'll not play and close accounts so personal details cannot be hacked/accessed. I had an incident at another well known accredited casino where my account was accessed without my knowledge and was used to make withdrawals to an account not registered to me.

I don't want to waste your time and I have nothing to hide, but if you think my account could be used again after being told it is closed permanently, could it be reconsidered? If so, will pm you my details.

The GamStop was put in place very soon after winning over £7k off a £50 deposit at another casino. I was happy to walk away for a while and seemed easier using this service. However, repercussions of it are now biting me on my backside! I have always effectively used deposit limits and time outs to ensure playing online is not a routine or habit as that suits my style of play.
Yeah I don’t really get it.

It should surely be done on a case by case basis and if you’ve shown no other signs of problem gambling then I personally don’t see the issue. Non problem gamblers are getting caught up in this whole RG push exercise of cracking a walnut with a sledgehammer and that just isn’t on IMO. There should be a multitude of factors taken into consideration before closing accounts, not just the fact the person has used GAMSTOP for 6 months in the distant past.

Another point is that upon its inception GAMSTOP was pushed by some as being a great one-stop tool to take a time out (rather than taking a break at each individual casino). A lot of people seemingly got caught out by this. The impression was that casinos would simply receive a ‘yes-no’ response upon sign in rather than the individual being put on a naughty list that the casino can peruse several years after the exclusion has expired.

Not on really is it?

This, in essence, is why casinos should have stood up against some of the more draconian regulator ‘initiatives’. Why should businesses have to cower and turn away custom for fear of draconian repercussions from an overzealous regulator taking a sledgehammer approach to gambling?

Alas it is what it is it seems.

P.S I’m sure Mark will sort it out for you if he’s able to. He’s one of the best in the business and ultra responsive so you’ve no worries there. Once sorted a missing small withdrawal out for me in no time at all, even though it transpired it was the bank’s fault!

Sorry Rich I missed this yesterday.

I can’t make any promises on the reopening, but I’ll see what I can do. For transparency, our current safer gambling policy states that a players account will not be reopened after a second period of self exclusion (whether that’s direct or via Gamstop). It’s a policy which I’ve always not been completely comfortable with but have never challenged as I’ve never been made aware of a player disputing the decision.

Policies are always open to amends and/or improvements and I’m happy to take this up with our compliance team if you would like me to.

Cheers,
Mark

There are a few of my favourite games missing from LottoMart, otherwise I probably wouldn't play anywhere else to be honest. Danger High Voltage and L'il Devil being glaring omissions, Laser Fruit would be nice as well, Eastern Emeralds, Wild Unicorn, and a few others.
Still a huge selection of games to choose from nonetheless.

The casino itself is great, and like most others I feel extremely confident knowing @Mark_Lottomart is the rep - you'd always be taken care of should an issue ever arise (highly unlikely). Withdrawals have never been an issue, and bonuses are regularly offered (not that I take them but even so).

Thanks for the feedback buddy, I suspect the BTG ones are because they are not available via our aggregator, BTG have different slots available through different sources and to my knowledge it's not possible for us to take their games via separate sources. I'll find out though.

The Red Tiger game (Laser Fruit) should be possible. I'll see if I can get that sorted for you.
