Around 60-70% is played through mobile devices, i really hope that you don't only use IP address to void anybody winnings if there is nothing else suspicious happened. As we all know, IP addresses many occasions will be changed and other person can have another one some used etc..... If for only reason to block and void persons winnings is that he/she have played with mobile from Heathrow airport it's quite not nice (i really assume you not doing it .

Well, believe or not, in all cases where there is IP links - we always do additional checks. What games played? What bonuses? Etc etc. It is not just 'aha, same iP - confiscation', it is a subject of deeper investigation. Which also not perfect and have questions.

I am in a similar situation. I have a few deposits that I did raw, but most of my recent ones are using the friday 50% bonuses and I got the same message saying that I am now bonus banned. I sent you a PM on Feb 1st @homerbert

The 60 day BBF is almost up so I will give my thoughts now so I do not forget.

There a few downfalls of this casino but nothing too huge. No playngo and 50x wager on bonuses which is a bit heavy compared to alot of other Direx casinos and no reward system. But such is life. That is on their business end and their decision. I personally believe that only loses them business because their competition mostly have lower and people will simply choose them over a 50x.

I have had a couple friends get bonus banned for winning just a few times. This is a huge mistake on the casinos end because 50x absolutely favors the casino over time from my experience.

The above is just personal opinion and shouldn't play too much into a factor when deciding to pass BBF or not.

I deposited $65 and received $32 bonus and finished wager at $465. I requested a cashout and it was paid to me within 1-2 minutes which is the fastest I have ever been paid since I have been online.

The casino is willing to listen to feedback and make changes and once again they have a rep who was a player and member here first so he gets players needs and issues better than most. So I think all of Direx owes him alot of thanks because he does alot of good for them and alot of good for us.

When we gave them feedback that the 3x wager is a nono, they changed it. Same with a few other poorly worded terms.

They have a small list of excluded games which is nice even though some games do not show up in their list. I think maybe hire someone to go through them and add to it.

They have game blocker in place so if you try to play a game that's excluded, it is blocked. I think that is a very good feature and am glad they use it.

For me they must stay away from the 3x wager on cash deposits unless severe flags arise on money laundering and they should steer clear of selfie ID unless there is very clear signs of fraud.

I think N1 casino has worked really hard to please players and listen to feedback and they deserve to be accredited.

While can't speak directly to N1 as every time I get to thinking about making the first deposit the $30 minimum with 50xbonus conditions end up losing the head to head or three way battle I set up for my deposit. I have no doubt though that if you are familiar with and play at direx sites, you'll be well taken care of at N1 with their MGA licensing. Just based on the interactions I've seen here on the forum and the tireless non-stop efforts of @homerbert on behalf of N1 and his team, yet alone going the extra mile to stand as a player advocate with other sites under the same umbrella companies.

I have checked out a couple of the newer sites under the N1 label and have no complaints with what I found on offer, so oddly nothing but well wishes from this average guy.

I wish that was the case with me, but I have lost way more than I have won. I just checked all of my bonuses that I took and 56% done wagering was the best that I did. I have only done 3 cashouts compared to 13+ deposits. I now just realized while looking at my deposit history that I have rarely done a deposit with no bonus attached which I normally don't do, but my luck has been so bad on N1 that I have been taking them all of the time. If I was winning a lot and cashing out from the bonuses, it makes sense that I would be bonus banned. I suspect the reason for me would be my deposit ratio in terms of taking a bonus or not is way in the bonus part. Like over 90%.

To be honest, 5 hours is quite long for us, maybe it was during very busy period or night. Like I've said couple of times, about 90% of our withdrawals processed within around 0-2 hours.
