N1 Casino is now Accredited

I had the strangest experience playing Netent Classic Auto Roulette.
After a session of playing slots I spent my last funds on five numbers straight up.
I placed my bet and after 'No more bets' being announced and just before the ball landing I got an error saying something to the effect of "You have exceeded your limit, please come back later". Of course my number hit. I checked both the limits of the game (€500 straight up, I was well within) and my personal bet limits (I have none activated).
Really bugs me this. Do you think I have a case? There is no mention of this bet in history, but I'm guessing a admin at N1 will be able to see it and why the bet was accepted then rejected.

In most cases, I had such things happened in our casino - bet was simply not accepted. But you can contact our CS and they will investigate it with the game provider to be sure.

Ok I've had a reply from N1 Casino.
Turns out the casino has an internal bet limit of €100 on table games regardless of your personal settings (or lack of) and game specific limits. I do find this a bit strange, but I have no reason to doubt it.
This is probably why I had such a strangely worded error. The limit was not enforced by the game but rather the casino back-end
after 'no more bets' being announced and just before ball landing. The bet was then returned to my balance.

Made deposit last night (sent in docs last night sightly prior to, though didnt know whether yet approved or not)
Played last night to tonght. Requested WD of 750 (dep 200, no bonus)
Within an hr, WD approved and funds on the way.

Easy peasy lemon squeazy so thanks :thumbsup:

taked to chat because received an email funds were approved and on the way, but hadnt received an etransfer email
apparently takes 3-5 business days.

No biggie, I'm not fussed or pressed for the funds. but was rather surprised, I'd have though if etransfer in a few seconds, etransfer out would have been the same (or min)
but essentially it's really just a bank withdraw

My acct was last used 2 years ago. Had old address on it.
So naturally, went to update to my new address (sent all relevant docs and banking for new address)
You can't update to a new address manually.
You have to prove where you lived 2 years ago. (or well, before in any case to update your profile)

Kinda hard right? I mean, everything now would have my new address on it.

that all turned out to be highly invasive.
Current tax returns for current address, old tax returns for old address, bank statements, utility bills

all to....update my address

I mean, I had sent bank statements with my current address, deposited from said bank
youd kind of think that would all suffice JUST to update my address
(I mean, really, I should only have to say, hey, I moved can you change it to this please). I was only updating details, not withdrawing or anything.

Anyway, sorted.

Somedays are just........

After N1casino got accredited i made a account there.
I deposited with skrill few times, was running bad but after few bullet i hit something and i thougt to make a withdraw. Few hour later i got a email that says my withdraw is canceled, becouse of they need some documents from me.

I got a bit confuse why they ask about IBAN and so on .. but thougt it just a standard email. So i send my skrll account info and pic of all the transaktion. And made a new withdraw.

That too got canceled and i got this email

Here comes the funny part (im stupid :axeman2:)

So i go to N1casino and log in, try to find the live chat, no luck.
I google "N1casino live chat" no luck, but find support page: send a email about my sitvation :) no reply hole day.

So i verify my phone nr and try a new withdraw, same thing : canceled and same email.

This is how the site look in firefox, opera and chrome for me.

After a while i need to do some work and i go to my linux computer.
And check the site again and tadaaaa... .there is the live chat :what:

Back to windows computer and check ... no live chat and then i start to see what is different and ublock on my windows computer is blocking the live chat funktion, here a felt like :rolleyes:

After i got in to live chat and got to know what info they did need. I Send it and 20 min later i was verifed and money was in my skrill account.

So N1casino was realy fast on verification and withdraw only minus is that they could have askt all the info in first email :D
 
I tried N1Casino yesterday, and a few quick notes.

- LOW RTP on ALL Play'n'go slots... around 94%
- They have capped the max bet on Evolution live games. F.ex on a Blackjack table that clearly says it accepts bets from €5 to €1000, you get an error message from N1 when trying to bet more than €300. THAT is a shady practice.
- Their livechat is slow as hell. First time trying to chat I had to wait 18 minutes (actually to ask about the cap on live tables. The agent did not have a clue what I was talking about). 2nd time in the live chat I had to wait 12 minutes.
- Many of the blackjack-tables don't have sidebet option.
- Very cool thing that you can split your screen into 4 windows.

I would only play here again if Malta was nuked by Russia.

2 hrs, still nothing

Well its interac’s fault today. The same happened to me at unibet. Doesnt even show in transactions. At least at any softswiss you see it as pending.
well, it showed in my bank as keaving acct and accepted by gigadat, as 'processing' at N1

the VS one hit VS in 5 min when got bored waiting for the N1 one

Many softswiss casinos decided to take it away and it seems impossible to know the truth. I find it funny because I have been asking this simple question for months and you tell me everything is working after asking your collegues. Everybody always so busy at softswiss but all I receive is wrong info and lazy responses. I asked you this at first and you took a month to reply. So yes, it’s funny. Don’t be mad buddy but its the truth. This is not the kind of service I was used to at n1. Remember about a year ago when I won a jackpot there? You gave me good advice, took care of everything. You were awesome. I don’t know how busy you guys are but nowadays, it’s pretty average.

However the stalling tactics from your end is unbelievable!
I send in following docs:

-bill-Electric company
-credit card
-selfie with passport
-bank trans on the deposit
In addition to above mentioned we use keycard in Denmark to deposit, which is very Secure!

There's obviously something seriously wrong here. Even more concerning is that it's now 7 hours later and I still haven't received a reply from your customer service. My payment still shows as rejected. I have sent proof of my Neteller payment via the aforementioned contact form.

I would appreciate your help.

Indeed there appears few such problems raised after our payment provider for this method changed their API (integration). The team currently investigating all such cases, and your money will be credited ASAP.

Signed up here since I saw it was accredited and they accept players from Cyprus. Not much luck, finally got a little balance so I requested a small withdrawal. Sent in the documents they asked for and then the stalling techniques started.

I used a card that expired in May so I provided proof that the card belonged to me on a bank statement which they rejected. I provided the exact sane document (bank statement) for my current card which they accepted. They then said they accepted the doc as an address verification document, which is not true.

I went to my bank who said the only document they could issue is a bank statement as proof that the card belonged to me. They then started asking for a bank statement showing all the deposits I made with that card which makes no sense.

They're making up rules and procedures as they go along and they cannot explain their reasoning at all. I feel bad for the support team for having to implement this non-sense although they seem to back it.

I work in the KYC world so I get how it all works but holy shit do they make it fucking tedious.
