N1 Casino is now Accredited

I tried asking chat and he was pretty confrontational and wouldnt give me an answer. First he gave me the wrong info and said the rtp cannot be adjusted and the provider chooses the casinos rtp for playngo.

I then asked what do you list for UK players and he got smarty mouth with me and just said average rtp is 95-97 and they dont accept UK players. This is the only casino where chat has refused to answer that question

Anyways, I am sure Homebert will come back with the answer and fix the help file so we can see the rtp

Asking CS guys about such things is not best option, unfortunately They do not know RTP of all games (but maybe in future we will just provide them a list). It's like you know, ask me how everything on website work technically... I'll say 'ok, it works, but hell no idea how', I'm dumb at tech things

I wish I could fix game files, but I can't. No idea how to do it

Very strangely run casino that seems to push their players away more than welcome them. Im a losing player in the casino, I havent even deposited that many times life time. Maybe 10-15 times and played cash a couple times

It's their choice to make such poor decisions but I surely will not be playing here in the future.

nah, my issues arose about because I have an acct (never deposited) and mom and I decided to give it a whirl cuz it's homerbert.
Anyway, we opened her an acct - chat says no bonuses for you, duplicate acct.
i explained 2 people, 2 IDS, same address....no die, same address.
ok, no biggie, close 1 of the accts, never have a deposit on them, neither had bonuses.
no dice
um, ok, well no deppo for you I guess, youve now lost 2 players
(and sure, I can totally understand the 2 accts, same address, not a prob - so close one, its never been used, but nuh-uh)

Hi homerbet. I believe you saw my post earlier where I politely refused? I posted in here for feedback purposes only to allow other members to be aware its easy to get bonus banned here.

I have had numerous conversations with you and have given you my email in our latest discussion, so it's not hard to find. I have given you my email address on the 9th, 12th, 24th 31st and the Feb 6th I believe. However, I have just resent it again to you so you can look into if it was reasonable or not for your feedback purposes that you say you require.

I believe I used a deposit bonus in 90% of deposits here so maybe the casino doesnt like that...dunno.

I have now had 4 issues in a row with direx casinos and have decided to part ways with many of them.

So, basically, we just misunderstood each other. I thought I fixed your problem (and I fixed it, you and second account can use bonuses on deposits). If it will not work automatically - simply pop into livechat and they will add it in no time.

If you do not believe - I can show your proofs that on February 11 I left comments that bonuses can be used without restrictions.

While indeed you mostly playing only with bonuses and while you indeed have huge bonus ratio. But bonus ban was a mistake in my opinion. I can't say that it is big mistake, but still. It's mistake. You never tried to abuse any promo, you just used what was sent to you.

My fault, I still did not teach my team good enough then. No worries, point received.

Bonus ban canceled, and like always - I'm ready to pay for my or my team mistakes.

I've issued you 30$ x 15 WR bonus as apologies. If you decide never play again - I understand no problem.

I really dont think any of them have done anything over the top to me. Im a bit fussy and just like smoothness all around. And when I spend time emailing casinos back and forth, it becomes annoying to me. Maybe it's even normal issues arise between casino and player but once I reach a certain annoyance, I just say ok forget it.

I think what raises the questions is that on average he withdraws about 100k in a week.. multiply that by 52 Yeah everybody knows lots if it is coming back but still he must make a lot of profit and everyone is wondering how casino can afford that.. especially relevately small casino .
