Resolved N1 cancelling my withdrawals and keeps asking for document already provided (multiple times)

@Jillyjillz dont request for account closure until you get your winnings. Dont even mention it to chat or support.
And for future gambling I suggest you use Skrill or Interac. IT will save you from all this trauma. Hope you get your money.

Fair point. As it happens I would have waived that requirement given N1's usually cooperative nature on complaints, but there you go.

What a sticky situation you are in. I used to play on N1 a lot a year or so ago, but then the amount of slots I could play dropped and some providers have left us since I am in the province of Ontario. Recently as of a few weeks ago, I got lucky on some no-deposit spins and tried to cash out. They asked for updated docs ( wanted to know info on my last deposit by etransfer I sent them which was months ago since it has been awhile before I won and cashed out). That took a bit of time and I was able to cash out, but the story isn't over.

Then a few days later, I decided to do one last deposit and I got lucky with it. I attempted to cash out and I got hit with a basic "Source of Wealth" form. When it hits this point, I am done with sites. Since I didn't have to sent anything in, I filled it out and thankfully, got my cashout.

Now, I am at the point where I no longer will play there since issues will keep happening and it isn't worth it anymore. Found other sites that don't make a huge fuss about this crap.

We do not have any tactics of "delaying payments". This player doesn't even have any immense funds on a balance. We asked the question, @Jillyjillz: do you have any supporting documentation for this virtual card, since it is difficult for us to accept just a picture on a blue background, where the amount and the name are written. Do you have a statement? Confirmation of payment? We just would like to have an answer to this important question.

I have already explained no. What, having a virtual card that was purchased by me in my name is not considered proof enough that I own the method of payment? It has my name on it. that is the card you requested I uploaded a picture of it as you requested when stating you're not going to require any more documentation. Frankly I am absolutely shocked that this is how I'm being treated , so called reputable casino this is unbelievable. You told me yesterday that I was not going to be asked for more documentation whatsoever you now are telling me that is not true by your requesting yet again documentation for me you. It's a revolving circle of nobody assisting me telling me different things everyday I've spent over 5 hours on the chat trying to resolve this do you think I want to waste more time doing this please pay me the money I'm fairly owed

you're saying I don't have any immense funds in my account? are you joking me what a unprofessional way to speak to a customer if $1,800 doesn't matter to you that's fine but I'd like it paid so I never have to deal with you again. Making fun of your customers by mocking the balance in their accounts that you refuse to give them is hardly a way to conduct business.

I'm sure this is a language barrier, and with saying, "This player doesn't even have immense funds on balance." They meant that this was an insignificant amount of money for them to pay out. However, N1 apparently is turning into Casumo #2.

Hope you get it soon. I’ve withdrawn amounts that are way larger than this and they were processed in 5-10 mins. It’s just arbitrary behaviour from them and definitely not even necessary considering they literally said that you do not need to provide any more documents

These virtual payment methods do cause a lot of trouble when trying to get verified. Bitstarz gave me a headache for 8 days for my Astropay. Mr Vegas 7 days plus I took one month break from playing there and another one week to get my Astropay verification. Skrill, neteller and other e wallets have a profile page and transaction page where everything is organized and cleary visible and verification ends up in under hours.

They also, on one occasion, insisted that I had to wager all the 3x playthrough on previous lost deposits. Ultimately they paid but I havent played with them since.
