Hi,
May 15, I made a 250 euro withdrawal request from MyJackpotCasino.com. 4 weeks later the money still isn't in my bank account. They tell me they have sent the money to my bank account but that's something they have told me before (between the excuses and stalling).

I tried to contact the casino rep. here on casinomeister yesterday but the message came back: "Yann_Fruitkings has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space."

It feels exactly like red rabbit casino, before they lost there gaming license and closed there home page (I had a withdrawal pending there as well).

I hope you have more luck than me regarding this casino.

It's not looking good. Fruitking Partners have announced that they have "gone offline", and seem to want to redirect affiliates to another site, however the other site is simply a mirror, with the same page saying that they are offline and redirecting to Fruitking partners.

Add to this the rep being AWOL and no responses from the casino and no progress on withdrawals, it does rather look like another Red Rabbit scenario in the making.

They claim to be licensed in "My Antilles" which doesn't exist, however they probably mean Netherlands Antilles which does.

The platform is provided by Yellowtone Entertainments, who hold the licence under which Myjackpotcasino operates.

It appears to be a wholly Microgaming browser based casino boasting 300+ games. As such, log in and see if you can launch a game. Better still, see if you can find and cash in some loyalty points and play a single spin (network progressive preferably). This should determine whether Microgaming have pulled the plug on them, an almost sure sign that this is serious.

When TUSK went under, the first sign was that MGS had disabled the cashier, and the games from taking bets.

Hi,
today I finally got my 250 euro from myjackpotcasino.com. It took 4 weeks and a LOT of mail.

Good, I'm glad they paid you but that's far too long. I think there are a few places in trouble now by the sounds of this. Purple Lounge eventually paid those who complained on here just before they disappeared with the players' money. I hope this is not a repeat scenario. There are too many reps going AWOL at present and they don't seem to be taking accreditation on here seriously, as if it's a medal earned that can be chucked in the draw and forgotten about.

Reps are required to be available and responsive so anything of this sort should be reported to Bryan or a moderator via PM, or Report Post if the issue appears in a thread:
