Just thought I would share my own personal views of what stops me depositing at a casino
In no particular order :

1 : No 24/7 live support - any casino who values its players should break their backs to offer
Easy instant secure professional support. Why settle for anything less ?

2: Max cap on withdraws either daily weekly or monthly
(if I win 10 grand I want that 10 grand within 24 hours or less naturally only if I have sent
In all documents – met play through not messed up on a bonus ;)

3 : Unclear or confusing bonus terms. I don’t want to waste time reading through
A full page of verbiage. It has to be simple and clear same say 3dice – 32red – Fl to name but a few.

4 : Max cash outs on bonus deposits or even free cash. This especially applies to RTGS
With the RJs, if I won a RJ on free chip with a max cash out it would leave such a bad feeling
In my stomach I would never deposit there again. Which kind of beats the object of comps/bonuses.

5: Out of house support similar to what “some” rivals have. The few times I did use it I had only
1 good experience. The rest were a waste of time and I came away more confused that before
I started the live chat. If you run a casino YOU do the support – as YOU should know your customer
And product better that someone sat in an office 100s or 1000s of miles away.

6 : Slow payments – in my book at a real stretch anything over 48 hours is slow including weekends.
A number of really good casinos pay within 24 hours or less no matter if it Sunday or Monday. An excuse
On this one in my book is Bull and stall tactics to get the player to reverse.

7 : Refusal to flush withdraws. This one really stinks. Every casino has the ability to flush a withdraw
So as to make it none reversible. Short term it might be good for the casino to see a decent withdraw
Reversed but long term they lose. The times when I did reverse – I was so bitter by it I never went back.
I won’t name names that not fair ;) just stating a personal gripe.

8: Insane document requests. Sure ask for ID, passport scan of card (if one is used!) but not life history.
And don’t use document request as a stall tactic on a pending withdraw in the sad hope the player will
Reverse while the casino takes 11 weeks to verify the scans under a microscope. It’s not a DNA test
Its person verification. When done correctly it can be done fast and hassle free.

They might be a few other minor issues but that’s my main list. Why both writing it ? well lately it seems
Playing at casinos is getting more and more complex. Ever changing tos, weird bonus terms, confusing
Terms with regards cash outs ... the list goes on. The fun it seems can be drained away for the player
Who now has to spend a good deal of time learning what a new casino requires. Sometimes I think casinos
These days really need to get back to basics. Stop screwing over the punter , your only hindering them
From making deposits more freely and easily. I used to love online gaming and still do at a few joints
But over all its getting worse out there instead of better.

What do others think ? Or am I just a moaning pain in the @ss ;) ?

Great post! I agree with you in all points and thats why I dumped most OC and play in only a handful.

Cheers Balky

This just isn't that big of a deal to me. It's a nice extra, but I hardly ever contact live support, so it's non-essential, IMO.

2: Max cap on withdraws either daily weekly or monthly
(if I win 10 grand I want that 10 grand within 24 hours or less naturally only if I have sent

Again, not a big deal. I'm a low-roller, so I don't really think in terms of 'what if I win 10 grand?'

3 : Unclear or confusing bonus terms. I don’t want to waste time reading through

I just generally play without a bonus. The WR's are punitive and most now come with a max cashout. No. Thanks.

IMO, free money is free money. Some of the free chip offers we've seen lately have been more than a little ridiculous, literally not worth your time, and others come from rogue casinos where you know you won't get paid, regardless.

5: Out of house support similar to what “some” rivals have. The few times I did use it I had only
1 good experience. The rest were a waste of time and I came away more confused that before

This is true, but again, I don't use chat all that much.

6 : Slow payments – in my book at a real stretch anything over 48 hours is slow including weekends.

This is absolutely the #1 reason I refuse to deposit at any Rival outside Sloto or Box24, as well as some of the RTG's. Won't do it. If I win, I want my money promptly. That won't happen at the white lable Rivals so they don't get my business. All there is to it.

7 : Refusal to flush withdraws. This one really stinks. Every casino has the ability to flush a withdraw

I agree.

I'm not sure I really understand this one. I've never been asked for anything more than the standard documents.

Agree. I'm playing a lot less now.

Hiya: I would just like to add the following. You know how there are threads here on, "Buy a Netspend debit card, add money to it, request a QT account from the Casino, open your approved QT acct, deposit via your funded netspend, "or whatever" card. Withdraw in opposite order....................

Well 99 out of a 100 people who gamble on the Internet, are not part of this forum. They download, create acct, go to banking, and get the, "Visa deposit request Declined"...... So, they just give up and leave.

The Casino does not put any thing close to enough effort into, "Guiding" players through what can sometimes be a complicated deposit/withdraw process. If you accept players from, "Banned" countries, then you need to explain to those players how to get their money into your Casino.

This is not an Affiliates job, or Googles Job, or Casinomeisters Job, IT IS THE CASINO'S JOB. And they suck at it....................

Pretty much agree with all that was said. Biggest current issues for me are figuring out if bonuses are worth taking and dealing with clueless CSR's (Rival).

Regarding cashouts, I can live with 5 (business) days as long as it's paid no later than that fifth day.

I have always hated submitting faxback forms and supporting documents. It's ok to deposit hundreds or thousands of dollars but once there is a cashout, the casino MUST verify your identity. This BS has been in place for about 10 years and still irks me...

Yep me to I understand the need to ensure the player is who they say they are - card fraud etc. But I have never liked sending personal info via probably one of the most insecure methods on the net which is Email! Surly a secured https // domain with a simple script to upload documents online. 1 Time last year at a certain casino it made me laff - I had made at least 30 deposits - no cash out over 3 months. Never was asked for docs then when I went to cash out doc request - fine - but docs not good enough - sent more - then had to resend etc and the withdraw was less than my initial deposits alot less! Anyway got paid in the end after many a pain in the ass email. Never went back. Ever!

I should mention that Aladdins Gold and one other casino associated with them actually live chatted with me when I initially deposited and started playing. They asked if it would be ok for them to call me to verify my information. Never had that happen before BUT it really didn't bother me.

At least that way of verification seemed more legit.

48-72 hours MAX, and I hate when they don't flush. Live chat is very important as well. Even rogue casinos have live chat now. Is Inetbet ever going to get with the program? I keep waiting for the day that they do, but it has been a couple of years now and no sign yet...

From their website:

iNetBet Casino has been established online since April 1999.

Almost eleven years in business and really no excuse for not having live chat or a toll free number by now. Even around 2001/2002 I thought they were lacking because of it.
