Whilst playing this casino 3 nights ago the 35.99 Euros I had in my account mysteriously became 0.99 for no reason.I was in the lobby deciding which game to play next when this happened.My Jackpot Casino; surprisingly for a Microgaming outfit; have neither live help operators nor a number to call ( dammit I should have checked before) they only have an email system where they say they will reply within 2 days Despite several email messages reporting this I have had no reply from them. I'm starting to think its the last I will see of my 35 Euro
 
If anyone knows any actions for retrieval of my funds any Ideas would help

Just to let everyone know that with the help of Yann from My Jackpot Casino who is a member here and indeed from KasinoKing this matter has been resolved and my 35 Euro returned. I am grateful to both.
