You were given EXCELLENT advice - Don't play, be patient and you WILL get all your money.
The T&Cs DO NOT say you will be paid €1,000 per week. Please stop saying that.
So your second withdrawal got declined - why not find out WHY before going on a bender and blowing a huge chunk of your winnings away?
Casino staff have Christmas Holidays too you know - they are people, not robots. Processing could be effected by this.
I'm glad they've locked your account - at least that will stop you foolishly blowing away any more of your winnings for a while.
They are not "thieves" if they are paying you in accordance with their terms. There is no-one you can complain to (who will do anything about it). But there is ONE person who can really help you get paid ALL your remaining balance... YOU!
Your choice: Be patient and collect your winnings, or rant & rave and blow it all away.
