I would like to explain that i didnt deposit the money with one of my bank account neither (I verified it with them later, of course). So just i gave the account neteller the same name as the visa credit card was deposited. But I was wrong I see.
They dindt say me anything, just ask me for me create a neteller account under my name and I did. So all is OK I think ^^

Sure, it is allowed to post screenshots. You are though limited to 1MB in total until you have 50 posts, after that it is unlimited.

And don't spend all winnings back at the same casino. There are far more decent places where you can deposit, play and be sure they pay your winnings in one transaction and not drip feeding you with 500 EUR/week

Just keep retrying to withdraw every day. Maybe they count the 7 days from the time they made the payment to the Neteller account.

You are truly a poor lad. So frustrating to see how things are developing. I sincerely advice you to stay put, don't play at all and keep withdrawing €500/week. Just put a reminder in your mobile calendar every 7 days and submit another withdrawal. Don't log-in daily. Just check e-mails/Neteller.

Don't give them the satisfaction to play-back all of your winnings. Please don't.

And I forgot to tell you how you should proceed exactly when you want to have some help:

- Submit another €500 withdrawal after the 7 day period has elapsed (or 8 days to be sure).
- Keep submitting €500 withdrawals every week
- don't continue playing!

If they pay you everything is fine you just need to hold still and wait until you've been paid completely. Only if they continuously stall your withdrawals or stop paying you altogether you can file a formal complaint called Pitch-a-bitch. You were given EXCELLENT advice - Don't play, be patient and you WILL get all your money.
The T&Cs DO NOT say you will be paid €1,000 per week. Please stop saying that.
So your second withdrawal got declined - why not find out WHY before going on a bender and blowing a huge chunk of your winnings away?
Casino staff have Christmas Holidays too you know - they are people, not robots. Processing could be effected by this.

I'm glad they've locked your account - at least that will stop you foolishly blowing away any more of your winnings for a while.

They are not "thieves" if they are paying you in accordance with their terms. There is no-one you can complain to (who will do anything about it). But there is ONE person who can really help you get paid ALL your remaining balance... YOU!

There are people out there that are ticking totally different psychologically. You and me and many others have things under control when we gamble. We know limits, we know who are the nice and who are naughty. We know we are not cheated. We know people in the casinos are humans (and some are representatives at CM). We can draw the whole picture.

People like the OP obviously are not like we are. They feel cheated, they feel frustrated, they just can't control the stress that gambling causes.

In the end they feel offended by your post. Kind of absurd isn't it? Well, that's reality. With these players casinos earn the most - by far.

Honestly, how difficult is it for you to NOT play? If you continue to play you lose your money, if you don't continue to play you lose your mind? - you don't listen at all to the advice given
- you deposited at this casino with somebody's card and used a Neteller account belonging to your friend for the withdrawal
- any normal casino would have sent you into the desert already without payments and "water"
- you keep posting and complaining about the casino
- members repeat their advice
- you still not heeding that advice
- casino locks you account
- you post it here and keep complaining
- members show their discontent about trying to help you in vane

Not going to get into a pointless 'row' however few quick key points.

I am not and never will be a 'YES' man, I have my own strong mind, make my own observations and decisions and do not agree with points of view just because a person is well experienced/respected etc etc (BTW KK is not a CM Mod)

I have NOT said that you have done anything wrong nor attacked you, simply agreed with others from a frustration point of view.

You have been advised what to do yet it appears with screen shots that your still playing. Up to you of course it is but this is where others frustrations have come in and I have simply agreed with them.

There was another thread very similar not so long back where KK had spent valuable time trying to sort a problem for a member and then they went and spent the whole balance! - Imagine how annoying that was!
