I'm sorry for posting this rant here but this thing has been getting on my nerves for years.
So I was reading this thread: https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/no-more-32red-for-me.52105/
and I noticed in the email pasted by the OP that the sender from 32red signed "Ben". Now 32red is supposed to be the ne plus ultra of online gaming and someone is sending an important email to a customer and signs "Ben"?
I've been dealing with a ton of "Samantas", "Brians" and "Johns" over the years in dozens of different online casinos (especially in the support chat windows). These names always looked randomly made up, along with the pre-made welcome and goodbye messages and it always pi**** me off. I've never seen someone working for an online casino with a "rare" name or with a name that sounds from other ethnicities. The support guy always have a generic name like Brian (right...)
What kind of business sends a letter to a customer and signs "Ben"? Who the hell is Ben? Is it Benjamin? Benjamin who? Does he have a full name? These casinos want me to send copies of my passport, utility bills, drivers license and whatnot while they can't even sign a damn letter with their full names? I'm not only targeting 32red here but the whole online gaming sphere. They always make me feel like I'm dealing with criminals.
